This was received timely and in a good solid packaging. We have bought similar toppers before so we knew to open the box after we got it in the bedroom and around the bed area as it began to explode from the tight compacted packing as we opened it and removed it from the box. There was a slight odor but nothing to worry about. I have the nose of a blood hound and it wasn't offensive to me so that speaks volumes to me. Not enough smell to worry about as far as I am concerned. The topper plumped up just as it was supposed to and in as little as about 30 minutes, it was a full three inches as promised. It is thick and weighted but I was easily able to move it around on the bed to where I needed it without any problem. After getting it in place, I was able to put my deep pocket sheets back on the bed over it with no issues. I would recommend deep pocket sheets if you have a thick mattress to begin with because it does give you about 3 inches of lift. With sheets on and bed fully made, my bed was 3 inches taller than usual so you may need to think about that then you order if you already have a very tall bed. It worked great for me but others may have an issue So getting in the bed, the sheets stayed on the bed with no issue. The topper did not roll up or move around when I sat on the edge of the mattress to put my shoes on and it did not bunch up under me when I tried to roll over onto the bed to turn down the comforter for my husband either. Cheap toppers will roll and bunch up so I was very pleased that this one stayed in place. Once, climbed into bed, I was in heaven. I am 5'7 and weigh 180 so it didn't take me long and I was slightly sunk into a soft cocoon and was cozy comfortable. Now, I am of the age of change so I have a hot flash or two during the night. Sometimes in the wrong bedding or sheets, I am tearing off sheets and pj's because I am on fire from the inside out. I was concerned that this topper being gel and foam that it would be too hot but it was very pleasant. I did not notice anymore hot flashes than normal so I would say that it passed that test with flying colors. My husband and I slept very well on the first night of our new topper. I am pleased with it overall and for the price, it is the best topper that we have purchased. We have tried 3 other brands over the years so this takes the cake. I would recommend it to my friends. It is very soft so if you need firmness or like something very firm, then this is not the topper for you.. This makes you feel like you are floating on a cloud.

Hubby and I have been sleeping for years on a hard mattress with springs popping through. We were going to suck it up this year and spend our tax return on a better mattress. After visiting mattress stores I just still couldn’t commit to spending hundreds/thousands on something that I could potentially hate after sleeping on I t for a night. I decided to research mattress pads and after several days of comparisons settled on this one...and omg I am so glad I did. To be fair I have only slept on it one night so I will update this is a few months. Box was light enough for me to carry up several flights of stairs. It had reached its full size after about 6 hours. The smell is faint and after I put a mattress pad and sheet on it, it was barely noticeable. I have respiratory issues and chemical smells can bother me severely and this didnt bother me at all. It fit my queen size mattress perfectly, no overhang or too short as some other reviewers experienced. I run very hot and was worried that this would make me too hot. I purchased a bamboo breathable cover to put over it and I felt completely comfortable and cool. Hubby and I both are used to waking up with substantial aches and pains from our mattress but we woke up this morning feeling amazing! I was worried because some reviewers said this wasn’t good for belly sleepers (which I am, and am also plus size) but I had no issue with sleeping on my stomach. You do sink in a bit but I found it to be very comforting. I usually toss and turn quite a bit in bed before I can find a comfortable position but with this topper it felt like every position was comfortable so there was little to no tossing and I was able to fall asleep quickly and easily! I expected it to take a few weeks for my body to adjust to sleeping on the different surface but on the very first night I slept amazingly and woke up with less pain than I have had in years! Again, I can’t speak to it’s durability over time so I will give it some time and then revisit my review but if things stay like they were last night then I can strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a mattress topper. I only wish we had purchased our sooner!

I highly recommend this brand even though this one came ripped in the middle we have had other that are so comfortable . 2" its great if you like it more firm 3" is the max to go if you you like a nice soft sleep if you have a good quality bed with NO BOX SPRINGS . I luckily got a Tempur-pedic mattress that was already almost the softness in it's line originally a 4k bed i got for 1k otd at an actual mattress store as i needed to feel the beds at these prices .(Something you can not do on Amazon well I got lucky this was a return as you get a 10 to 15 day in home test and they had it for 2 and said it was to hard and i saw it come in the store as I was shopping for the exact mattress and in it came the same color ,(Blue the Tempur-pedic cloud supreme Queen size) and thank the lord for that , I love the zip of washable woven top and well everything about it but i still wanted a topper as i like a real soft sleep . But now i have minimal hip issues, and back issues when waking up unlike any other bed i have tried . I grew up on box springs and let me tell you change your way of thinking change your life and health !! Then i tried 3 other memory foam mattresses a Serta whick was ahh ok but after 1 year all 3 showed over 2" sleeping divots i call them and the manufactures say they will come out and replace them if this happens !!! LIES and that is suppose to be for 3 years (the other 2 memory foam where just no brand name cheap 300$ full set beds and only a 3to 4" mattress (my Tempur-Pedic Alone is 10" with the 3" topper ) Well after all of the disappointment in these beds i finally had the money to try to get something nice and I am so glad i didn not have to shell out more than i did . Now it has been over 2 years and no indentations where i sleep on the same platform bed that Serta declined the warranty because it was not completely flat they want you to buy a $400 piece of particle board and lay that on the the floor and sleep on it . They also can decline warranties if you have a motorized bed , If the bed tears or becomes misshapen due to being in an S position opposed to flat so buyers beware . But you know a good mattress when you can put it on any bed frame and get a heavenly sleep on it . My platforms are only 1" apart and made of real Bamboo / real wood no particle board . I WROTE ALL THIS SO YOU KNOW A TOPPER IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE YOUR SLEEP THAT MUCH YOU NEED TO START OF WITH A GREAT MATTRESS IF YOU ON A JUNK MATTRESS THEN DONT BLAME THE TOPPER . BUT IF YOU HAVE A GOOD OR GREAT BED AND IT'S JUST A LITTLE TO FIRM THEN I HIGHLY REC. THE 3' TOPPER EVEN ON MY 10" TEMPUR- CLOUD SUPREME AT 13 " I CAN SLEEP 12 HOURS AND GET UP WITH NO PAIN BEFORE IF I SLEPT 5 HOURS I WAS IN WRENCHING PAIN SO GOOD LUCK It did arrive torn and they only last about 3 maybe 4 years the thicker they are . A neighbor showed us their 4" and it was nice but also very heavy and made the mattress look huge plus they told us after only 1.5 years (well the topper shifts in your sleep ever night About 2 to 4 " and when moving such a heavy thing when pulling it after removing the sheets you have to kind of do the wave with it meaning try to get air under it while moving it back to center even with correct steps the overall weight makes it tear and they say they come with a 3 year warranty i believe but to who and how are you going to re box it ????????????? The 3" even just 1" down is lighter and does not look as huge as the 4 " which i rec. avoiding as they suck you in deep when sleeping . The 3" I can actually feel my Tempur-Pedic mattress (which has 4.5 stars out of 5 of being on the softness side but still has not broke in enough for me with a 2" -3" I can sleep like a baby but then i never want to get out of bed .

This thing has held up well. We’ve had it for 2 years now. There’s some slight discoloration on the edges. It does slide off the side a little bit, especially if you’re a big mover in your sleep or someone is jumping on the bed a lot. Overall I’d highly recommend, it’s comfy and squishy.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is probably the best investment I've ever made for myself. I wanted a gel memory foam mattress topper because I do tend to get a little hot in bed and gel keeps it cooler than just regular memory foam, or so I've read. Turns out, it's actually true. I also decided to pay a little more to get the 3 inch rather than a 1 or 2 because I didn't want to sink down and be touching the mattress after a certain depth. That was a great decision because, even from the first night, I do not wake up to reposition constantly and I don't wake up in the morning with a sore back or headache. This happens to me constantly because I have wide shoulders and I like to sleep on my side. This topper allows me to do that. It's very comfortable! Sleep is something we tend to not think about that much, but we literally spend at least 30% of our lives doing it. It noticeably changes your mood when you finally get a good nights sleep. I took a risk choosing a cheaper brand, but I had to because of my financial situation, and I definitely made the right choice. There's nothing about this pad that feels remotely cheap. I'm extremely happy with this product and will be recommending it to my family. As a side note, the only thing I would complain about is the smell it had after removing it from the vaccuum seal. It just smells like it was just made in a factory and it was a pretty strong odor. I don't remember how to describe it now, but it wouldn't be confused with another odor. It's obviously a stinky new product. All I did was leave it out for 24 hours, spraying fabric febreze and flipping it ever so often with the fan overhead.

100% BETTER! We have a mattress that was part of our furnished rental. It was clean pillow top mattress and included the protector for it but it was so uncomfortable. Literally like putting a blanket on a cobble stone driveway and calling it a bed. Both my husband and I would wake up everyday with some sort of pain. Either back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and even leg pain because if you laid on the mattress a certain way your leg would fall asleep. Buying a completely new bed setup and mattress was out of the question because not only where we live we can't get anything that large without paying $500 + for SHIPPING, not including cost of the actual bed setup and mattress. But we are also planning on moving in the next two years and will unlikely be able to move an entire bed setup from Hawaii at a reasonable cost. So without the option of buying all new bedroom furniture I looked to Amazon. I saw this product. I read the reviews and gave it a chance. My husband and I are so happy that we did give it a chance because it was a complete turn around. I received it a day early and I set it up as early as I could. I let it expand and air out for about 12 hours. It had a slight smell at first but by that evening the smell was gone and I would say it expanded a little over the 3 inches. I also bought a 1.5 inch. Pillow top, deep pocket topper. I put that over this memory foam topper to not only give our mattress more comfort but to keep the memory foam in place on the top of the mattress. Perfect Combo. The memory foam just forms to our bodies. We both look forward to going to bed and taking naps it's so comfortable and the foam stays cool. We haven't gotten overly warm at all. This topper was a true lifesaver. The best part. We can probably pack it and take it with us when we move. So even during another move we will not have to worry about sleeping on an uncomfortable bed ever again!! Thanks Linenspa I will recommend this product to everyone!!! And those of you looking to buy right now. Put this on the top of your list because it will be hard to beat this product.

Meh. I wanted to wait a while to review this to really test it out and see how things went after the initial adjustment period. I was very excited to get this topper. I was hoping for some back pain relief for myself and my husband. I didn’t get that, and I actually feel a bit worse than before. First impressions: this thing fluffs up quickly. I was concerned when it came, but within about 5 minutes it seemed fully to size. It laid out across the top and was a good size for my queen bed. I made the bed and noticed that even my extra deep sheet set seemed to have to stretch over the added height. It was difficult to get the fitted sheet to tuck under the bed. Getting into bed was another issue, but I’m short and my legs aren’t Barbie long, so that’s all on me. My husband had no issues. When we initially laid on the topper, we both just kind of laid there and then looked at each other. I was expecting a lot more support, but the topper is super squishy. I didn’t feel that it was cradling any pressure points, just that my entire body kind of sunk into it. Not in a good way. The first thing I noticed that night was that it was extremely uncomfortable to sit up on my bed. I often work on my bed with a laptop, or watch movies. I had to add support with a bunch of pillows, which I hadn’t had to do before. The actual sleeping part was difficult. It was harder to move positions now, because you’re kind of stuck in this crater of foam. And when you go to move, your hand sinks down too. It’s like sleeping in a marshmallow, but not in that magical, happy unicorn way. I’m a side sleeper, and I felt like the pressure on my hips was worse with this topper than just the mattress alone. My last issue that I have with this is that it doesn’t stay on the mattress well. I have to tug and pull hard on it daily to get it back on the mattress properly. It’s deceptively dense, and I have the grip strength of a newborn due to carpal tunnel syndrome, so it’s hard (and actually hurts) my hands to do this every. single. day. I’m happy so many people are finding the topper to be great. I really wanted to write a review about how I wake up every morning with animated bluebirds singing and a huge smile on my face. Reality is I kind of roll/flop out now and walk around like the Hunchback of Norte Dame for the first hour of the day.

Update 12/23/18: great customer service. They sent a 2inch mattress topper replacement, unfortunately it started causing back and hip pain within a few hours so I took it off. Don’t use this product if you have back and/or hip problems. Otherwise it’s great. Update 12/13/18: my back and sciatica pain is back with a vengeance and so much worse than I have ever experienced before. My hip hurts so much that I can’t walk on my left leg. Fortunately, the majority of the pain goes away after a few minutes, but I’ve been limping for days. Even sitting on the bed to put socks on causes severe pain. I took the mattress topper off the bed and immediately felt better. Do not buy the 3inch memory foam mattress topper if you have any kind of back or sciatica pain. It’s too soft and puts too much pressure on your hips. I reached out to linenspa customer service but haven’t heard back yet. Also, it’s extremely hot. It’s December and I was sweating through my pajamas and sheets with only a thin blanket on the bed. I love this mattress topper. It’s like sleeping on a marshmallow, but in a good way. After one night my sciatica pain was gone and my back was feeling better, still a little achy but much better than it had been. Within 3 nights my back pain was completely gone. Last night was the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years! I woke up once and went right back to sleep instead of my usual constant tossing and turning and looking at the clock. The heat takes some getting used to. The first night I woke up at one point and when I moved my legs the sheets under my knees were damp with sweat. I didn’t even know the back of my knees could sweat! I’ve figured out how to adjust to the heat so it’s comfortable now. Plus, I think I’ll save money on the heater in the winter! Hopefully, by the time summer rolls around next year I’ll be fully adjusted and can deal with the heat. But it’s worth the sweat to have no pain and to sleep through the night.
