These are so fun! I got the queen set with the little arrows on them. It’s just enough pattern. Definitely not over the top. That’s exactly what I wanted. - these definitely look like they are advertised. The sheets and pillowcases are super soft. The pockets seem deep. But they will also fit my mattress, which is only 14 inches. The reason for my four star rating is the sheets feel thin. Soft and PRETTY! Makes me smile as I climb into bed.. The flowers are the perfect size, not big and splashy, not tiny and girly. The description says gray ( sounds dingy) but were actually a lovely French blue with yellow flowers and touches of green on a nice white background. Will go with any blue or neutral, would be especially nice with a yellow quilt. I did not have a direction mismatch with the set I got, I admit it probably might have bothered me if the overall effect wasn't so lovely. The sheets were very soft and I slept nice and cozy. They were thin but a heavier sheet might be less soft, as for "see thru" to mattress pad, I always use a white waterproof mattress cover to keep my mattress bedding nice and clean from unexpected spills, pet accidents etc. so its white on white and looks great.
