If you don’t want energy drinks, coffee, or tea, then this is for you! However, if you are not used to caffeine, do not eat a whole bar or you will get sick! I made that mistake! It will make Your heart pound, you’ll feel queasy and shaky, and feel like you’re severely drunk or medicated! Just a half bar at a time is plenty! These don’t taste good, but they don’t taste bad. They are just healthy, dark chocolate without a bunch of sugar. I like to break them up in pieces when I make healthy oat muffins. They are very expensive, but if you only have half a bar once a week it’s no big deal and even good for your health in that amount. I eat half a bar and crank up techno music and clean for a few hours! It takes about 20 minutes before you even noticed that you’ve eaten one but it’s worth it once the 20 minutes passes ... show more
