Ordered the soft pillow since I am a side sleeper. Pillow is lovely! Not too soft, not too firm. Of course a pillow preference is subjective. BUT: what possessed the designers to have so many labels, with the brown ones being pointy and stiff? I re-ordered however and it has been fantastic but the one I re-ordered wasn’t quite as lofty for some reason. So there are some inconsistencies with the company but the product is truly amazing. I got this pillow in a just a few days. I had neck fusion surgery and it really does seem to help support my neck. Not sure if I should've gotten a medium support or not, but I do really like this one. A little less support may be better to keep my head and neck more in line.

I ordered the medium standard pillow about two years ago and I loved it. We then recently orderd two more medium in king size. They are really soft, nothing like my other one. So, something is wrong. I searched everything that was sent to me, especially the pillow tags. No markings anywhere regarding what firmness the pillow is. Hmm, was my 2 year old pillow really firm, are the current pillows soft? Who knows, no markings to verify what you get. Good luck with your pillow. Update: I went form 1 star to 5 because of their customer support (and their pillows, they really have very good pillows). Unfortunately the pillows are still unmarked, but their customer service knocked it out of the park and made things right. It's not difficult for any company to be rated high when things go right, but their true test is how they treat you when things go wrong. I cannot stress enough that if you have a problem, give their customer service a chance before submitting a bad review. I learned my lesson. Went from Tempur Pedic to these... WOW!!! Best pillows we have ever owned!!! We got the firmest option because we wanted the pillows to keep some firmness through the years. Nothing short of Amazing!!! Truly firm and my wife and I both have had some of the best nights sleep we have had on our new bed with these amazing pillows!!! I did some research before buying feather pillows and had already made my decision to purchase these when I saw these rated as the best feather pillows on Amazon on several websites! Expensive but worth it! My Tempur Pedic pillows were around $150 each and while firmer, were hurting our neck. So glad we got these! Now, how to sell my Tempur Pedic pillows LOL ... show more

Purchased the Medium King sized pillows. I almost loved them, when they are fluffed it is perfect at first but I wanted something a little fluffier. I went ahead with the Firm version and it is perfect for me! The company is amazing, the packaging is wonderful. Down compresses so much I was expecting a small box, but they arrived fluffed and ready to use in a large box to not squeeze them during shipping.
