Even though it’s super soft, it still gives my head and neck the support they need, especially since I usually sleep on my side or back. What I Liked: Comfort: The pillow is really soft but doesn’t let my head sink too much, so I stay in a comfortable position all night. Quality: The materials are top-notch. It’s made from Canadian white down with a cotton cover, which keeps me cool at night and seems really durable. Customer Service: The customer service is amazing. I had a question about the pillow, and Sarah, one of their agents, was super helpful and quick to respond. Things to Consider: Cost: The pillow is definitely on the expensive side, so it’s an investment. Care: It does need some extra care, like regular fluffing and maybe even dry cleaning, to keep it in good shape. Conclusion Overall, I’m really happy with the Lincove Down Pillow. It’s super comfortable and high-quality, and even though it’s pricier than other pillows, I think it’s worth it. I just had to leave a review for this pillow. I spent the extra money but it was well worth it. I was hit by a car a few years back and haven’t been able to find a comfortable pillow for my neck until now. I like the fact that whether I’m sleeping on my back or side, I can adjust it to fit right under my neck for support. I’m in charge, not the pillow! 🙄 It’s also very soft and keeps its shape. You won’t regret buying this pillow!

I feel like the reviews sold me on this pillow, but in all honesty you just have to try it and decide for yourself. This pillow didn’t give me the support I needed as someone with kyphosis in their mid cervical spine. It is definitely a pillow you need to fluff regularly. I’m a side & back sleeper and was hoping this would help. It did not BUT the return was easy and I did get to try it out for a couple weeks. It seems very good quality and maybe if it had helped me it would be worth the price.

Great pillow! I originally ordered the standard soft. It arrived beautifully packaged, along with a really cool travel bag. Ultimately after trying it for a few nights, however, it ended up being TOO soft, so I called Lincove customer service. Melissa was absolutely amazing, and helped guide me to a better pillow for my needs. It turns out the king-size pillow with medium fill is a better choice for me, as a side sleeper. I just needed a bit more support. The process was incredibly easy, due to Melissa’s excellent customer service. Truly … she made my day with how helpful and polite she was. Service like that is incredibly rare these days. I give Lincove 5 stars for both the product AND the service. The new pillow arrived promptly, and also contained another beautiful and handy travel bag. The king size, medium fill pillow is a great fit for me, as a petite side sleeper. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for YEARS, and I think I’ve finally found it. This Lincove pillow is like sleeping on a comfy cloud. Still supportive, but SO soft and marshmallow-ey. I was initially unsure about paying this much for a pillow, but then I thought about it as an investment in my sleep, and it became clear that the price is 100% worth it. After all, we use our pillows for several hours a night, every night. And the warrantee is for 5 years. Normally I replace my (lower quality) pillows about once a year. So this is a very solid investment, in my opinion. I will definitely be recommending this pillow to friends and family!

These pillows are by far and away the best ones we’ve tried over many years . I bought the Queen soft and spent more than I’ve previously spent and am thrilled with them. They’re soft, but still firm enough to make me comfortable all night. My husband usually throws his pillow on the floor during the night, but not this time.
