This pillow is nice enough, but it could use a little bit more filling, the filling is light and fluffy, not very dense like some pillows we have tried as "down alternative". Not a bad pillow, but time will tell if it holds up for the price.

When I first took it out of the bag I thought it was smaller than it should have been. What I mean is it looked as if it was about 20” wide instead of 26”. But once it sat out for a few minutes it widened and now is the normal “standard “ size. I haven’t slept on it yet, but the stuffing amount feels perfect. If it ends up hurting me I will update this review. Just a little background for me, I have a herniated disk in my neck, so I need a pillow that is soft But supportive. If my pillow is Not supportive I wake up with severe neck pain, and if it is to hard (like memory foam for example) my head hurts when I wake up (and sometimes my neck too because of the stiffness of the pillow).

The customer service was ok. I reached out for a return of this pillow as it is child’s size, has a very loud outer shell and the filling is not supportive or moldable at all. I lost haft a nights sleep trying it. I don’t understand all the good reviews for this pillow. I’ve found much superior quality at Ross or TJ Maxx for a fraction of the price. I do not recommend. However the customer service was ok at getting back to me and sending me a return label. Still what a hassle and I have to wait a couple more weeks for a refund.

I think Lincolves signature goose down 800 fill is the way to go. I was hoping this would be an ok backup because the signature is pricey. It’s not. Spend the money on the signature

I miss being able to go into bed bath and beyond and feel which expensive pillow I wanted to buy- since that option is no longer, this was a great purchase guess. Very soft and feels sturdy

4 out of 5…. * I only rate exceptional products 5 stars. This is an exceptional product, but for further explanation on why I only rated 4 stars, see below. * Truly a resort pillow. * Quality construction and materials. * Very very comfortable. * Came as expected. When I first received this, I knew in an instant it was going to be good. The manufacturer did a great job presenting it. The pillow came in its own little carry bag, wrapped in tissue paper and accompanying a nice literature insert. Everything about this screams expensive pillow. It is on the medium to firm side, but still very comfortable. It really is exactly like a pillow you would expect to find in a 5 or 6 star resort hotel. This is not a down pillow, but filled with a polyester blend and wrapped with a high quality cotton shell. Seams are perfect, comes pre-fluffed and it is easy to tell the quality and craftsmanship is all high end. 4 stars simply because of expectations. This is a $90 pillow! When you spend exceptional money, you expect exceptional products. This does not disappoint and my expectations were met. If this pillow were on sale for $50-$75, then its easily a 5 star product. As far as comfort goes, that is a personal preference issue. Like I previously stated, this is on the medium to firm side, and probably great for the majority of people. It isn’t down and does retain its shape well. I ordered the standard size and that makes it difficult to fold in half if needed. That would be much easier with a king size. I do like the medium firmness pillows, and this is a winner for me. If you are looking for something more down like, I would stay away. 4 stars because, 1. High quality materials and construction. Absolutely something you would find at the Wynn in Vegas. And you could take it there in its little travel bag! 2.Polyester fill and cotton shell. Feels great and is on the medium to firm side. 3.Price is right where you would expect a pillow of this quality. My expectations were met. If you have the dough to spend, then you won’t be disappointed. Medium to firm resort pillow, with all the hallmarks of this price range.
