But, hooray for Amazon, I was able to ask for a replacement, and a return of the defective item, and it was no problem at all. Completely painless - so well done, Amazon (and Seller). I received the replacement sweater right away, and I’m happy to say, it’s a lovely, intact item. The fabric is so soft to the touch! The sweater is oversized, which I love. The khaki color so pretty, too, but the sweater is available in several other colors. This will be a great sweater for Fall and Winter. Purchased the Army green and went back for the Apricot (cream). At 5'7" 140, I ordered a Small and it is still oversized on me. Will wear with leggings or any slim pants or jeans. Bonus that 20 (or 30%) coupon was offered. Ready for Fall!

Ordered this for my wife, since she is always wearing these type of clothes around home as she can't stand the cold. The fabric is beautiful and the seams are really well done, unfortunately even though I ordered the small one it is still so large!!! Not like baggy looking just like she was wearing a piece 3 times her size so make sure you are choosing the right size for the wearer! I wish it had some sort of form-fitting features, it should not be hard to alter it oneself but it would be nice to have it already in place. ... show more

Super soft and comfortable but it is WAY too big. I know it is supposed to be oversized, but I would still say size down 1-2 sizes when ordering.

Love the material of this sweater! It is really soft and cozy. The ribbed texture looks nice and there is a lot of stretch to the fabric. The nutmeg color will go with a lot, from blue jeans to black yoga pants. I do like this sweater, but the size is really huge. Wish I would have sized down. When they say oversized, they are not kidding! Everything is giant: the width of the body, the length of the body, and the ends of the sleeves... all enormous! As it is, I can't really wear it anywhere out of the house without looking like I am wearing a big blanket. It is 35% cotton, so I will try washing and drying it with hot settings. If it doesn't shrink, it will still be comfy for lounging around the house. ... show more

This is a nice Turtleneck Pullover Sweater. True to its description, it is quite oversized. I love the soft material of this sweater - it feels and looks very good. Fit is nice and comfortable. The high neck is nice for the cold weather. Good quality for the price.

At first glance, my wife said, "Oh, no.... way to big for me'. Then she tried it on and her next comment was about just how comfortable it was on. Yes, it is supposed to be "oversized" and hang comfortably with long sleeves and an extended slit drop. Now, she loves it and says that it is just the right size after all. The fabric is super soft and the turtleneck is more of a caul than a turtle's neck and is much more comfortable and casual.
