The first kitchen that was delivered was damaged. Many pieces were broken and scratched. The second kitchen arrived with only one slightly chipped piece that isn’t visible once assembled. The package is very heavy so I am sure this is happening during shipping even though it is well packed. Assembly took about 3 hours by myself. It would’ve been much easier with another person to help hold pieces while putting them together. Instructions are well written with step by step wording and pictures. Extra hardware included. This is a nice size kitchen with many cute features. My grandchildren love it! Ages 2 to 9. I researched a good while and even sent back a couple of other brands before getting this one due to the price. However, it was well worth the extra money to get a nice, sturdy, FUN play kitchen that will LAST for years to come. If in doubt…GET IT!

The media could not be loaded. Just assembled and got it ready for my daughter. I dont know how well it will hold up for years and months but right now this item is 5 stars to me. So amazing and it’s all in one! The microwave, the fridge sounds and the lights and sounds in the premium version. Took 2 hours to make but we had 5 people working on it. The instructions are very good too! The value for money is also really good. We love it! I was a little skeptical looking at the 1 star reviews but I am so glad I went ahead and bought it. My baby loooved It too!

This kitchen is beyond beautiful! My daughter is in love with it! The color schemes and the noise features are amazing! The only 3 issues I had was: #1 - The packaging: The package from the inside was great, except for the packaging on the OUTSIDE. The box came broken and the tape was already falling off ready to open the package. I don’t understand why use a regular tape instead of duct tape for the outside packaging? The box weighs a lot, and coming in a small box it will break and loss the regular tape grip. I was so afraid that the assembly came broken on how the box looked. But I am so lucky it didn’t. Word of advice, please do better on the outside packaging. #2 - The directions: The directions is straightforward and very organized which I love BUT there was steps in there that was pointless in doing until you finished the others step first. It just got in the way of everything when I could’ve simply waited until the second to the last step. Also, the small board on the bottom and the top of the kitchen could have been better. They could have placed it for use to screw it in, instead of using this wooden stick. It’s so unsteady and wobbly.. As well for the screws they used for the sink, I had to switch to the smaller screws to ensure the sink was tight and not wobbly.. Lastly the oven turners, if you tighten the screw, the oven turners won’t turn at all and make that clicking sound. So what I did was loosen up the screws a little for it to turn and for my daughter to hear the clicking noises #3- The Microwave: The microwave doesn’t close enough for it to click the bottom on the sounding feature that came with it. Everything is assembled correctly it just doesn’t reach the bottom for the sounding feature to work. So I had to figure something out. I am rolling up a ball of tape and tape it there so when I close the microwave it will allow the sound feature to work

This kitchen is a great size. Great Quality. I bought for my 1 year old for Christmas for a gift to last her through until she’s older. My 5 year old son plays with it all the time as well! It’s a great size to grow into. My 1 year old can reach most of the appliances except for the microwave (fully) but she will grow into it! I wanted it on the bigger size to last. The product is nice quality. I would def recommend this product! Amazon on the other hand, has put me through hell with this product. We went to put this together Christmas Eve night and one of the bottom pieces was broken which made the kitchen not sit/stand fully/evenly. So not only was our Christmas gift not able to be assembled for Christmas due to broken pieces; when I contacted Amazon they weren’t able to send me just the piece and would not refund me. Instead they wanted to make us move the whole almost fully assembled kitchen out for pickup and reassemble a whole new one instead of just sending us the piece we needed. (Nothing like ruining the spirit of “Santa” bringing something and shipping it back to Amazon) So then they wasted a whole brand new kitchen set to send to us to take the 1 piece out of and then send back for them to throw away. Talk about unnecessary waste. Ridiculous. It would have made too much sense to just refund the money for the trouble, instead they send a whole new kitchen for us to take 1-2 parts out of and then have us to send back the brand new set with a single piece missing for them to waste the whole rest of the kitchen set. TERRIBLE. The most wasteful terrible customer service I’ve experienced in my 10+ years of being with Amazon prime. They should be ashamed. Oh and also when they sent the second kitchen set for the piece they sent the wrong color!!! Terrible.
