Very easy to assemble. Box came a bit damaged, but everything was securely packaged and protected within the box. Instructions were very clear. I was able to build this by myself (it recommends 2), the only difficulty I had alone was putting the top part on the bottom part because it is a little heavy. The doors were also a little difficult to put on alone to ensure it was at the correct height but overall it was doable! Soft closing hinges are nice and the drawers soft close too. ... show more

Update - Customer support has been very prompt and easy to deal with so far. Started the process of sending replacement part within hours. Seems like decent quality but unfortunately I’m missing a part. I did take out all of the parts first and check against the directions and it’s missing. Now I can’t put it together and have to wait for a response from the manufacturer for the missing piece. Amazon offered 15% back to keep it as is which doesn’t help. Returning would be difficult as it’s heavy and there are so many parts that would have to be put back. ... show more

The cabinet is beautiful. We had an issue due to the shippers dropping it, but customer support was very quick to handle it. Assembly is a bit involved, but we followed the instructions carefully and it went together great. It's lovely.
