Looks great over our dining table. If you expect perfect symmetry, you might want to look elsewhere. There's a slight bit of wonkiness...not every arm and candleholder is perfectly straight. I am thrilled with this chandelier. Brushed metal, not painted which made this look so much like the CB inspired one. I was not able to take the main post off to adjust one arm that wouldn’t stay, but once hung it stays all on its own just fine. It was a really simple install as well. I adapted it to not use any down rods as my ceilings are only 8 feet. One thing to take care to do is align the crossbar on hanger attached to junction box so when you attach the canopy, the holes are in the direction to allow the longest arms are in the direction you wish. I had to make sure the crossbar the canopy is attached to was positioned correctly and my canopy was twisted enough on my chandelier to result in it aligning. Again, super easy, and just part of making sure things looked perfect. I also installed this myself with only a child to help hold as I attached the wires. I've seen this exact, and I mean EXACT light at crate and barrel but for like $600. I wanted it in black but even this light in black was out of my budget. So I bought the chrome colour and spray painted it black with rustoleum black enamel and it's exactly like the crate and barrel light. Awesome look for much less. Stunning candelabra that would've been perfect if one of its arms wasn't almost completely stripped. Contractor did not notice until he had already installed so instead of removing and returning had to run to Lowes to buy chrome spray paint, which got the job done but I'll always know it's there. Make sure you check it thoroughly when you remove from the box. ... show more

I just love this chandelier! The quality is great and I like that you can install on low ceilings like mine with just removing the additional rods that come with them. Make sure you loosen up the arms before installing because we did not and had to force them open( nothing broke).
