This is absolutely my favorite salt. The grains are large so it’s better suited as an ingredient rather than a seasoning like iodized table salt. It’s got a wonderful flavor reminiscent of the sea, which is fitting since it is sea salt. It’s got some moisture to is which I assume is what adds to the flavor I mentioned. I’ve heard claims that it has a better mineral make up than standard table salt, which I guess would make it a healthier salt. A little goes a long way too.

I use Celtic salt everyday! First thing in the morning I get a fingertip full and let it dissolve on my tongue, then I start drinking my water. I do not keep any other salt in my house besides this. It is a very healthy addition to my supplements as well as used in my food. I will never go back to table salt or even the pink Himalayan salt. This Celtic salt is what you want! It does not lead to disease like other salt does and it provides many minerals to your body. I mean you can't complain about that right? My house will never go without the salt. Love it!

This order was the first time I had ever used Celtic sea salt for cooking. There is NOTHING like the flavor involved in cooking with this natural ancient salt! I learned about Celtic salt a couple months ago because someone was passing out in the over 100 degree weather at the flea market. A woman had a natural-based medic type kit she had put together and pulled out some Celtic sea salt nuggets having the woman put them under her tongue for quick absorbtion. It revived her right in front of us. The woman with the medic type kit told us the woman had sweated critical body salts out and needed them replenished. She told us Celtic sea salt has much more mineral content than others. I went about getting some Celtic sea salt after that knowing we actually 'need' it. Then, I tried it with cooking a few times - there is NO flavor like this salt brings to your food. I noticed it takes a little more Celtic sea salt then regular sea salt to reach the maximum fine-flavor point. BUT, it is such a clean, extremely noticeably well-blended flavor with the foods that I now even sprinkle it on my salads. I said to someone yesterday at my house, 'Where have wee been? There is nothing like the flavor of this salt with cooking!' Tell all your people... especially those that like to cook well or that have dizziness, health issues, etc.

Pure salt, taste like I went to the Atlantic Ocean and grabbed it myself. It is a bit moist out of the bag, but if you purchase the bamboo round salt container of your choice it will dry it up. This is the only salt we purchase and use it for everything. Great quality! Reasonable price.
