I finally took the plunger after reading about this product a year ago. Yes, it’s expensive for salt but the diamond-shaped crystals are incredible and are the perfect way to finish meats and vegetables, hard boiled eggs, etc. My girlfriend was an instant fan and asked why I didn’t purchase this sooner. Fantastic salt. It’s delicious and a little can go a long way. Only issue is if you live in a humid environment it can start to get stuck to itself but isn’t too hard to get apart again. Just shake it in the can.
