Use this on fish, chicken and beef all the time, decided to switch it up and dusted some on a rack of spareribs along with Old Bay and Paprika...and will be doing this again and again, and again...

This is a wonder spice to use with meats like lamb or beef. It is especially wonderful on rack of lamb. I am a ordinary cook but this spice makes people think I am very talented. I highly recommend it.
