So, I'm not a designers purse kinda gal. I get tired of things fast, so no matter how pretty/good quality a bag is, I WON'T want it for years and years and years. I get sick of things after a certain amount of time, and in that regard it's hard to justify the cost of a designer bag. It's gorgeous inside and out (the beige lining inside, stitching, zipper heads, small details like the clasp thing that I can tie my bank key to, etc.), the backpack suits my purpose. I need enough space in my work bag to fit a small pillow; I work graveyard + my toddler wakes up early. This bag can easily fit all other things like my toiletries, car keys, etc. I also plan on using this bag as my free bag when I travel within the US via budget airlines, and wish Light Flight would come up with more designs. Used this for long hospital visiting stays - the pockets are endless and holds a lot! My 32oz waterbottle is a tight fit if the backpack is really packed, but there's plenty of room inside if it doesn't fit. The color is beautiful, and yes it will get scuffed, but wet wipes or Folex got them right out! The only thing I don't love (but not a dealbreaker) is the roughness of the mesh used on the straps and back. If you're wearing a long sleeve shirt or jacket, it's fine, but I can see how the skin would get irritated if you had exposed skin against the straps for an extended amount of time, especially if the backpack is overpacked. I got this bag for a two week trip to Italy. Words cannot describe how comfortable and user friendly it was. I was worried it would look cheap for the price but it is very sleek and elegant. The inner lining was nice as well with many pockets and sliders that you can use or not as they don’t get in the way either way. The straps are nicely padded. I wanted to not have to check a bag and was able to carry this as my personal bag on the European airlines. It fit under the seat perfectly. I searched high and low, expensive and cheap and this bag is almost perfect! *it’s lightweight * it zips all the way down for the two main pockets so you can see all the way to the bottom. * the storage for a laptop and iPad is great. You could even have another pocket for an e-reader or small tablet! * The non-laptop pocket is big enough for a couple books and a binder * There are dotage pockets, but not so many that everything only has one purpose Only minor complaints: * the water bottle holders are tight, so if you use a big cup or bottle it probably won’t fit. I’m trying to start stretching the pocket to see if there is some room to give. There is some elastic so maybe! *it has a glossy sheen to it. I don’t mind it but my husband prefers matte so he didn’t want one for himself. Performance wise- I’ve only had it a couple of weeks, so I’m not sure how it will hold up over time yet, but the zippers and material seem solid so I don’t think I will have problems. I purchased this backpack for a trip to Hawaii. It is comfortable, cute, and it fit perfectly under the seat in front of me on the plane. It has a lot of pockets and different compartments. It held up nicely during 4 flights, and was used while on vacation. Due to the light color it collected some dirt, so I actually took a chance and washed it on the delicate cycle with some towels upon returning home. I am autistic and I have texture issues. This backpack is SO SMOOTH. The zippers are ON THE INSIDE and the zipper pulls are GOLD, SMOOTH, and FLAT. Everything about this backpack is QUIET. It’s really soft and has A LOT of padding. The color is a nice calm, muted pink color that not too bright not too dull, it’s a wonderful and pretty pink color. This backpack holds so much stuff. I can put my laptop in it and all school things and it doesn’t even feel heavy. I love the water bottle side pocket, along with all the many zipper storage compartments it has for storage. It can hold up quite well and not bother me at all like all my other backpacks in the past that have sadly been given away or tossed out because they’ve bothered me in some indiscribable way. I normally don't write reviews, but this is honestly one that I wish I saw when I was going through the reviews for this bag about a month ago. First, let me say how great the bag is! It had so many compartments, was beautiful, I loved the strap on the back so I could rest it on my suitcase, and it was super convenient for me to have as a college student. However, the breathable net on the back rubbed against some of my clothes and ruined them. This only happened to the thinner and softer clothes, but unfortunately, those types of materials make up quite a number of my clothing items. Also, when wearing strapless tops, the handles would be a bit harsh on my skin and made the bag a bit uncomfortable. I wish they had the same bag without a breathable net because I truly loved everything else about it. :( ... show more
