When reviewing luggage, it comes down to the weight and quality materials (case, lining, zippers, pull bar, wheels, etc). Based on those criteria, this carry-on is a fair value. The quality is just as good as the price you pay. If I were an active business traveler, I might opt for something 2x+ the cost of this bag for a higher quality carry-on. Pros: - Very light weight - Multiple handles for various carry needs (side, top, pull, etc) - Reasonable quality zippers - The plastic wheels appear to be the standard discount luggage wheels. More expensive luggage might get you better quality wheels. - Interior separators make for nice packing with minimal shuffling of the contents during travel. - I got the black/brown colors and the look is very nice and rather masculine. The brown faux plastic leather makes the look. - Has almost everything I need in a carry-on and meets my minimal needs. - Everything is made from plastic. Good news is it doesn't have that cheap plastic smell. Cons: - Thin plastic (everything) makes it carry light, but not sure if I trust it in the hands of baggage handlers, just in case I needed to check the bag. I fear that a good toss by a handler could puncture or scratch the thin plastic. - A built-in lock, just in case I needed to check the bag, would have been nice. I can use a traditional lock on the 2 zipper pulls though. - A charger connection would have been nice. - The price is fair, maybe not a great deal (only reason for not 5 star) Conclusion: this is a fine & attractive carry-on. It is a fair value for cost vs quality. If you want real leather and steel wheels, expect to pay significantly more. Easy recommendation.

As the title of this review says, I worked for a major U.S. Airline for a little over 5 years in the customer service department- specifically, the Baggage Service Office. My job entailed handling claims of lost/delayed and damaged passenger luggage. That said, I've seen a good number of damaged bags and am pretty familiar with the most common damages: broken wheels and handles and cracked/dented walls of hard-sided bags. Now I'm certainly no expert, but I think I have a better eye than most simply due to my experience regarding what makes a bag worth its price tag. This bag passes my "test," and I definitely recommend it to anyone on the hunt for a new suitcase that is reasonably priced- it's not a $500 Tumi, but it's also not a $40 generic Wal-Mart brand either. It's a mid-range priced bag with qualities that rival higher-priced competitors. Let's start with the wheels: Number one they are appropriately sized! The number of bulky bags I've seen with the tiniest stupidest wheels is ridiculous. If it's a huge bag, then of course it's going to get filled up and, once filled, will be very heavy! There's no way that wheels the size of a quarter are going to be able to withstand weight like that. The minute it gets pulled off a baggage carousel and slams down on the ground, bam! Pop goes the wheel. The wheels on this bag are not only a good size in proportion to the overall dimensions of the rest of it, but they are also sturdy! The next thing I'd like to mention is the material of the bag itself. What's great is that it actually has a bit of flexibility to it- this is key as far as hoping to avoid/minimize any cracking. If the bag is too rigid, ironically it cracks more easily. Other good things: Perfect carry-on size and holds a surprising amount. It also just looks good and is easy to clean- just wipe with a damp cloth. I also like that it's a darker silvery color instead of just solid black- this makes it easier to identify and less likely to get confused with another passenger's carry on. All in all I'd say this bag is a great buy and should last a good amount of time.

I couldn’t be happier with this suitcase—it exceeded my expectations in just about every way. From the moment I unpacked it, it felt sturdy and well-made, with a durable hard shell that gives me confidence it can handle the rough treatment that often comes with air travel. Many modern hardside suitcases are designed to resist scratches and impacts while staying lightweight, and this one definitely delivers on that balance. One of my favorite features is how smoothly it rolls. The multi-directional spinner wheels glide effortlessly through airports, making it super easy to maneuver even when it’s fully packed. The telescoping handle feels solid and comfortable, which makes a big difference when you’re on the move. Inside, there’s plenty of space and smart organization. I love the divided compartments—they keep everything neat and prevent items from shifting around during travel. It fits more than I expected, and the layout makes packing/ unpacking much easier. A major bonus is that it is expandable, allowing you to add items you may not normally pack. It also looks great—clean, modern, and stylish without being over-the-top. I’ve already gotten a few compliments on it during trips! I ordered the "standard" black, but I like that they offer many color options.
