Fits great but takes some time to break in especially when it’s cold outside. Keeps head much warmer than my plastic hard hats. I suggest buying the rim protector to keep the edges safe from chipping.

If you have a lift hardhat, get this. It protexts the edge from chips, makes it more comfortable to hold, looks and fits great because it was made for it, weighs next to nothing, and is good quality. You can beat the value for money to protect your $100+ hardhat.

Light weight. Comfortable. And hands down the absolute best hard had I've ever worn in 24 years of construction.

    • Doesn't stick to dax hard hat
I figured buying the same brand brim guard would work out well. It doesn't. The adhesive is terrible. I didn't mind trimming it to fit but it sorta hardly sticks to the inside fibers. Doesn't stick at all to the gloss exterior. I cleaned it well before sticking, even sat it in the sun to let the adhesive adhere, let it sit overnight, it still isn't sticking. I'm probably going to return it and get something from a auto shop with 3m adhesive now. Sorta a waste of time. And I had the time to spend. If I put this on then needed the hat the next day I'm sure it would have all fallen off immediately. Not suggested. ... show more

    • Adhesive not adequate
Purchased to protect the carbon fiber lip on a Lift hard hat. Installation was easy, but started to come off on one of the corners. I cleaned it with alcohol and added a dab of construction adhesive into the channel and re-applied- problem solved. They use double sided adhesive tape, but the surface may have not been clean when I originally applied it. Overall, it does as advertised and protects the outer lip from being chipped. ... show more
