  • Made in the USA
Color: Gray Size: 130 Gallon
We have bought multiple deck boxes and none have lasted over 2 years. They all end up baked by the Colorado sun. This deck box is well made, in the USA, and is very sturdy. It is very easy to build as long as you pay attention to the instructions. It fits all of my patio furniture cushions and my sun shades with extra room. ... show more

  • Great Seller, functional, strong and nice looking.
Color: Gray Size: 130 Gallon
We bought 3 130 gal deck boxes in gray. These are heavy duty boxes, not the typical thin lid cheap ones. One of the boxes arrived barely taped, which I blame the delivery service. It was missing the hardware. I got on their website and wrote a simple email to them and got the hardware replaced within 4 days. Good seller! Overall, we really like these big roomy and strong boxes. They look good, easy to put together, and can hold quite a few cushions, pool gear etc. These are a BUY! ... show more

  • Sturdy but difficult to assemble
Color: Gray Size: 130 Gallon
I was pleasantly surprised with how sturdy the plastic panels are. I wish they were even a little heavier yet but it is significantly better than many other products out on the market. The problem lies with the tabs on the panels. It requires you to insert tabs and slide sideways to lock in. It fits tightly which I appreciate but is virtually impossible to do with one person. It required us to have 3 people to get the panels to fit together. The tabs also appeared to get crushed partially when assembling due to the tabs being hollow instead of solid plastic. I think it will stay together for the purposes of what we are using it for but I would not sit on it. You have to be very careful that the panels line up perfectly before you put the screws in, or the lid will not close fully. Many times you are required to use self drilling screws, so you are making new holes in the plastic. You have to be very careful not to overtighten as you can easily strip the plastic and cause a loose fitment. I chose to use a drill with a Phillips and hex attachments for ease but you have to be careful not to strip. Only tighten enough until the panels are flush, and no more. Make sure the side panels are lined up correctly and the seam is even all the way around, or it will be virtually impossible to screw in the hinges. We had to use crowbars to line up the brackets. Took about 2 hours to assemble with 2 people. It looks nice and the storage space is ample for the 6 cushions for the outdoor furniture. I would recommend but definitely plan on having at least 2 people to assemble and be very careful not to snap the tabs off. I would also assemble it in the grass and NOT on concrete as you will scratch up the plastic badly. ... show more

  • Tough storage. Exactly what we needed
Color: Gray Size: 130 Gallon
This is exactly what I was looking for. Its hold all of our pool toys and floats. I had purchased and then returned another for its flimsy material but this is sturdy, and tough. It does what we need it to do and looks nice as well. It was easy to assemble as well

  • Sturdy-easy assembly
Color: Gray Size: 130 Gallon
If I have issues I will update but I was so excited to finally get a sturdy deck box I wanted to review. We’ve had a flimsy box for years which fell apart and leaked like crazy and I paid just slightly less than what I did for this one and my initial glimpse already tells me that this one is much more durable. Girls get out your tools. I put this together by myself in an hour and it took that long because I needed to refresh my memory how to use a socket wrench😬 I used a socket wrench (3 sizes listed in instructions), electric flathead screwdriver, pliers, hammer and A LARGE NAIL. When assembling the sides, after you slide them in and they snap make sure they are all centered in the bottom panel and get down and look carefully where the 2 end panels seat in. Both sides didn’t snap in all the way (although I thought they had) and I needed more brute force until they did. The lid was the most involved part-this is where you’ll need the nail. For the metal rail there aren’t any pre-drilled holes to go into. I put the nail through first because there was no way my hands alone would be able to get thru the thick resin with just a wrench. For the hinges, it’s easier if you put the lid vertically against the couch to give you some leverage. The molded interior of the lid didn’t allow for the depth of the head of my socket wrench which has an adapter on the backside making it wider than a regular one. Once again I used the nail, turned a few times with pliers then I was able to use the socket wrench. Attaching the lid, do one bolt on each side so that it is attached, otherwise the opposite side slides around if you’re trying complete one entire side first. I had to use my electric screwdriver to enlarge the pre-drilled hole that the nut (& bolt) go into. Again-the molding doesn’t leave much room to get a socket wrench to envelope the bolt but using a wrench I was able to secure them. This box is so sturdy and I know it is going to work out so much better than my old one. ... show more

  • Don't Buy This Deck Box
Color: Gray Size: 130 Gallon
My fault, you get what you pay for. First, could not understand why the gray was $40 less than the white? Deck box, who needs white, gets dirty/moldy. Box came early, nice. Box #3 for me. Hurricanes took first two, again, my fault. Unpacked box, everything there. Followed directions and that's where problem started. Base, side #1, easy. Side #2. Tabs were not long enough to go thru base, had to flip over and use screwdriver to push tabs through base, not horrible. Now the fun begins. Unless you are a certified mechanic, none and I mean none of the hardware gives you enough room between the screw and plastic to get any kind of tool on it. Socket set, screwdriver, open end wrench, etc. The tool that was needed, needle nose vice grips. All screws are shorter than needed making it virtually impossible to put box together or get tool on head of hardware. 3 hour job. Then, A gust of wind(10mph) came thru and almost blew box in the water. I have a boat, am a Charter Captain, do all my own maintenance. It is easier to change oil on my boat in Kayak then put this box together. Stay away! Not sure if the $40 white box would of been easier? Will never know. "Lifetime Box" my a$#! ... show more
