First of all, this queen pull-out sleeper sofa is an absolute steal vs. what you're going to find at a furniture store. I purchased on a flash deal for $450 while the item was out of stock. I couldn't touch anything at Ashley Homestore for under $900, and they charge for shipping. For our needs, I couldn't justify paying more than my living room sofa cost. This sofa is being used in my home office, where its primary use will be a dog bed. We anticipate the pull-out bed will be used once a year, maybe, for guests. The item came back into stock just days after I purchased it on backorder and started moving through shipment quickly. Aesthetically, the color, fabric, and quality exceeded our expectations. Assembly was very straightforward. Functionally, the pull-out mechanism works well. For one average-sized person, it feels stable/secure. The mattress is not much more than a cot but a gel foam topper we had on hand works wonders. Highly recommend adding a substantial topper on top of the included mattress if you can. Of note would be that you wouldn't be able to store the foam topper inside the sofa itself, so do be aware of that. To be fair, the mattress included was no worse than the mattresses we saw at the furniture stores when looking for a sleeper sofa in store. The sofa seat cushions themselves are FIRM. The item is probably not best suited to be your main living room seating. However, if you are in need of a true queen sized sleeper sofa for an office space, I would highly recommend this item. One thing I wanted to mention that does not affect the quality of the item or the seller directly was the delivery. During check out, I opted for free threshold delivery. I was contacted by a third party delivery service to confirm delivery method and scheduling. I scheduled the delivery for a Friday between 8 AM and noon... someone over 18 would need to be present for the delivery and to sign for it once it was delivered to the first open space inside the home past the door. Instead, my family was jolted awake at 4:16 AM on that Friday morning by a delivery truck dumping the boxed sofa on our driveway and taking off. The tracking shows the item delivered and signed for by me at 9:21 AM, which I assure you, it was not. I reported the incident to Amazon customer service and they were kind enough to provide us with a courtesy credit and report the incident to the seller. Despite the delivery experience we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend based on the quality for the reasonable price. ... show more

I bought this sofa for my music room and it turned out to be a perfect fit for it. I purchased it June 2023 and I have NO regrets. The cushions were a bit firm for the 1st few weeks, but it personally didn't make a difference to me. I wanted something for this room that could convert into a "bed" for guests and this sofa worked out perfectly. Delivery was smooth and I've enjoyed it ever since. The couch is about average for a 3 seater but does not protrude. For those saying there is no back, that is user error. It flips up. Only assembly is flipping up the back support, putting on the legs, and the cushions. Cushions came crushed but may fluff out over time. The mattress is VERY thin and will need extra support. You can not have anything else on the mattress to close it. Other than that, it's not bad. Just extra space for guests. ... show more

What I love about this particular sofa bed is the fact is that is exactly what it is a sofa and a bed that folds into the sofa like the way they used to make instead of a bunch of ottomans pushed together trying to pass off as a bed.
