The only thing I don't like is the handlebar. Especially as you increase speeds you will notice the handlebar really gets loose and sways back and forth about a foot in either direction. I have now reached level 8 and use daily and I've removed the handle bar completely and just grab the wall if I need to. It still allows me to use the hand bands for security. The product itself works great, I enjoy it very much. It can get loud as you reach high speeds if you put on a hardwood floor. I've moved mine into the basement on a concrete floor and I don't hear it at all any longer. Overall, for the price, I love it. It helps circulation and movement for people like myself with a history of blood Clotting issues. It also works out your muscles because the first few days I could tell it was working out my calves as it hurt in a great way! If you start too high without working your way up, you will have back pain and/or a severe headache for a whole day afterwards. I also got real nauseous the first 3 or 4 times I used it, even on low speeds. So it definitly gets toxins moving. Don't stop if that happens. Push thru. I bought this after a friend recommended it for lymph drainage. I had something going on that made my lymph nodes swell under my jaw and behind my ears, and it was very scary. I ended up doing more (castor oil, dry brush, rebounding, taking anti microbials), but I believe the plate helped a lot. I then started looking up workouts and benefits (plenty ID info on YouTube) and went ahead and bought one for my mother. I have since toned some of my muscles and continue to use it as an exercise aid, and my mother is stepping in it for a few minutes every day. She claims it helps her balance, strength, energy level, and overall well being. I recommend giving this a try, especially if you’re older and hindered by pain or exhaustion and not able to do strenuous exercise. I took the handlebar off, but my mother really appreciates it because of balance issues. Also - the little speaker on it is great! I don’t need it, but decides to try it and it’s awesome to listen to a podcast or whatever while on it. It has different settings, but do your research before using it, because misusing it could be detrimental. For example, it is recommended that you bend your knee a little. I purchased this machine to aid in lymph drainage so I imagine it will take at least a month before I see any results in that area yet. I started at the lowest level at a short time and will build up to longer sessions. I am an old mare now and take everything at a slow pace! After receiving my Life Pro vibration plate exercise machine in the mail, I assembled it. It was a bit hard for me to get the last couple of screws in to fasten everything together, but after assembly was done, I attached the exercise bands..I read the book, and determined that I needed to start out at a lower level and only for a short amount of time. I turned it on and set it to 5 for power, and set my time for 3 min. I was pleasantly surprised at the power it had even at level 5. I definitely felt it working my legs, my hips, back. I have used it 3 times, in my first day of purchase, and am so happy that I bought this. I will continue to increase speed and time, as my body allows.. For me, I will definitely be giving 5 stars!!😊 ... show more

I have a friend who has been mentioning her "shaky" machine for a few years now and how wonderful it is at everything from exercise to pain relief. To be honest I kinda rolled my eyes to myself and though dang, how lazy must one be to use this for exercise. That is until I started going through something called Spinal Stenosis. When I started looking up remedies and relief for this condition that causes me to not be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, I ran into "vibration plate" therapy online and started reading about it. I was interested but didn't want to spend $300+ to try it. I found this one here by LifePro. I already had a treadmill by them so I knew they were a good brand. At the time of my purchase it was $110 so I see it's gone up a bit in the last several months but STILL well worth it. Within the first day, perhaps it was just placebo, but my mood felt oddly better. I now use this thing almost every day, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes at a time, 3 times or more a day. I love to use it right when I wake up. It gives me an extra "lift" for my day. Using it before bed for just a few minutes makes me feel relaxed. While I don't go use the resistant bands that came with it (I have some I use separately for my exercise routine), I do love the way I can bend or move my body to "target" areas that I want to really feel that vibration. It has three auto settings but I really prefer the lowest which makes you really feel the movements in a more deliberate feeling way. I also like to lean over a bit so it really targets that stenosis-area. What I did NOT expect was for it to entirely fix what had been a VERY stubborn pinched nerve in my left hip that would "pinch" and travel down my thigh when I would step on it. I had tried for months with my chiropractor to fix that. Within one week or two of this machine, that pinched nerve was GONE! My 23 daughter thought it was "dumb" when she helped me put it together, until she got on it. It shocked her at first and the look on her face was priceless! I have the unit near our front door and now she regularly uses it when she gets off work. My son-in-law says it helps his neuropathy he has on his feet from his Type 1 diabetes. My grandchildren also regularly use it. I have two friends who now also have one and they too have similar success stories. I would also like to mention that the company itself is amazing. The first one I got, the screws had some issues with being a bit stripped and another issue. LifePro stands by its products and literally sent me out a brand new replacement! As for the spinal stenosis, that's taking a longer time to address BUT I DO believe it's helping. I can stand in the kitchen for a bit longer than usual to cook, and I'm not having to panic as much when I'm walking laundry to and from around the house. I look forward to the day I can go to a grocery store and not have to lean over the cart (spinal stenosis is nicknamed "shopping cart syndrome", as you can immediately tell if something has it by who's leaning over their cart as they shop.) I believe in another month or two I may get there and so far nothing else has ever even begun to help my SS, not even physical therapy for months or chiropractic. I will come back and update at that time! I NEVER write reviews this long, and I have to really love something to write one in the first place. I have recommended this machine to so many people. If you are interested in a new way to get your muscles moving, get your circulation going, and so much more, I would HIGHLY recommend this vibration machine. AMAZING! ... show more
