I left the cat carrier open on the floor. 10 minutes late my cat was peacefully sleeping inside it. He seemed to feel very comfortable in there. Spacious enough for 10 lb cat. Easy to carry and operate.

I didn't purchase it for travel purposes, so I can't comment on that, I only use this carrier to bring my cats to the vet and they serve the purpose well. It looks and feels to be well-made and sturdy enough to handle a normal size cat for the short trips back and forth to the vet. This carrier is on the smaller side, so mostly my cat would have to lay down, she can't really stand up in it, but for 10 to 15 minutes trip it's OK. It has 3 access doors with zipper and removable padding on the inside. When using should strap the tabs on the carrier look a little questionable, like they are going to be pulled out any minute, even if that didn't happen but I still switched to the handles just in case. Overall it's a good purchase for the money, it's very convenient, my cats don't seem to hate it and even the vet likes it.

I’ve been using this for a while, you get what you pay for it’s really cheap, very tiny (okay for kitties but not adult cats) and since there’s no metal support it doesn’t stay still and folds onto animal inside. After my cat grew up I’m unable to close the carrier if he’s sitting up, and he obviously can’t stretch/stand up/move. I was able to travel with him in it comfortably until maybe 7 months old. positive sides- breathable, top pocket makes it easy to put animal in, side pocket is big to keep some treats or harness.
