Shipping: Next day shipping, received it in 2-3 days Service: Amazing, their team took my requests such as adding more "white" underneath where the legs were supposed to be, and adding a white outline. Communicated so quickly! Product: Amazing!! The color was vibrant, the material was not regular cardboard, but high quality material. The picture was not weirdly stretched or pixelated. My friend was cropped out perfectly. The stand setup was easy and came with instructions. The only suggestion I'd have is you might need a bit more tape as we only received a couple circle stickers to be used as tape. Other than that, you'd be fine with some scotch tape for extra support! It was about 6 inches shorter than what I ordered and the photo was very grainy. And the stand is very flimsy. Disappointed

Oh my gosh, this product is great! Plus it was so fast - they had it shipped out within HOURS of placing the order! My son can’t make it to his father’s retirement celebration, so we ordered the life size cutout of him so he can still be in the family pictures 😂 I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived on Thursday. No stress worrying about it coming in time for the Sunday party. And it looks so good! Fantastic quality!

My initial order was not satisfying due to the quality of my picture, but the seller worked with me and allowed me to submit another photo which turned out beautiful. My daughter recently passed away so having this made to be at her daughter’s birthday party was special. Communication with the seller was great. My order was very quick. Picture was not trimmed down around the picture lots of the white areas. Also there were no instructions on the use of the stand or wooden stick.
