I immediately contacted the seller when I received the item. Photo was skewed, cut out was bad and the color was dull. Seller responded within the hour. After a few photo exchanges, seller acknowledged the issue and replaced the cut out and I received the next door. Overall, the product was drastically better the color, The cut out And my daughters face was not stretched. So Happy We will be able to use this at her first Birthday ... show more

I love the picture (I did a headshot) but it arrived damaged it was shipped in a plastic bag envelope marked do not bend. Well the us post office bent it in many places. . Chewed up on corners. Had they shipped it in a better container I think it would have been fine.

I sent I. A high quality photo with a solid background that could easily be removed. Still they didn’t remove the background and even cut the image out with a broader of the background instead of close cutting the image. Also, it arrived needing assembly with no instructions.     • Horrible workmanship. Only 1 lens on his glasses
This cut out was horrible and they wouldn't allow a return. The cut out wore glasses and only one lens was on the cut out, plus they didn't take into consideration the girth of the subject. It arrived as a thin tall man. It was not acceptable and would not allow at return $60.00
