I've ordered this twice. It worked fantastic the first bottle that I had made me feeling very motivated and it was literally life-changing for me. If I forgot to take it I could tell the difference and within an hour of taking it I could literally feel my motivation come back. The second bottle that I ordered from Life Extension came as magnesium caps which was mislabeled with an additional sticker that the seller placed on it with a barcode. It was a simple mistake on the company's part however, this is a non returnable item and when you go on to request a refund Amazon sends you to contact the seller but the seller tells you to report the problem through your Amazon account. After quite a bit of searching I did find a chat on Amazon that allowed me a gift card refund so I will try to reorder this once the gift card is added to my account. The product is worth the trouble I will just probably buy it from another company so the same thing doesn't happen to me again.

I am not a doctor, so ai cannot provide medical advice to anyone —only share my personal experience. Consult a certified and well qualified expert before using I took a genetics test and found I have a very common gene break/ defect that causes elevated homocysteine levels, which leads to all kinds of problems with mood, patience and anger —over reacting. TMG provides “methyl groups” to your naturally occuring methylation of nutrients required to manage enzyme and hormone levels. This is a fairly well known science today, with hundreds of thousands of patient data records demonstrating efficacy. What I actually experienced is taking a Genetics test (there are many you can order online, validating the gene breaks I had, and using TMG, Zinc and Magnesium daily at a dosage specific to me. The low level, “always there” impatience that can lead to “frustration” and lack of focus, is for the most part GONE. I’ve connected with others online who had same experience. This is my personal experience that I also took a week off from to see if any change back, and it did. I also take a methylated daily vitamin 2x per day. Which also is there to help with “under methylation” I highly recommend reading the book “Dirty Genes” if you want to learn more about how all this works and avoid taking lots of things you don't need.

Been doing some research and came across TMG. Still learning about it and all it does for the body but saw a raving review about this brand on TikTok and then of course all these great reviews here on Amazon. I take 2 pills a day and I have so much more energy (I’m 52) no more mid day slumps and wanting a nap. And my skin is literally glowing! Always had meh skin, but it looks just lovely now. Actually noticed results in the first week of taking it. It’s always great to do your own research, but this supplement is an absolute winner for me. I will definitely continue to order it.
