The media could not be loaded. My 5th grade grandson has just started playing using a rental trumpet, but he made up his mind to continue playing when he gets older. I was looking for a good one for him and for myself too. I think it would be great to play the trumpet with him at home. Since there is no review, I preferred to buy one for a trial. The product was well packed and delivered quickly, which is satisfying. The package includes a complete care kit with a user guide. Also, there is a trumpet stand, a plus to keep the trumpet from falling. The trumpet itself has a slightly larger bell size, making it well balanced. Tonally, it has a bright sound, and the quality is decent. It projects nicely with relative ease. It has a quick response and no sticky valves. No further adjustment is needed before playing, so you won’t spend hours struggling with an instrument that is difficult to play. Bottom line: it’s not the most high-end trumpet but indeed an impressive starter instrument that is worth the money. I will keep this one for myself and buy another one for him.

This is a great student trumpet! As my 6-grade cousin needs a new trumpet, I was helping him to choose one that is not only affordable but also with decent quality. I have been playing the trumpet for more than 10 years, and I owned a Bach TR300 and Stradivarius model43 throughout these years. I tried this one and honestly speaking, this trumpet is way beyond my expectation. The pistons operate smoothly with just minimal oiling, the slides work perfectly, and finish is flawless. The sound is very good and bright. Comparing to my Bach TR300, it can definitely offer a better quality of sound and feel. I am pleased with it and my little cousin is too. He said the trumpet feels nicer than his old one. Bottom line, if you are looking for a beginner trumpet at an affordable price, I highly recommend this one. It is worthy of it!

It is good price for this quality of trumpet. Specially if you are not sure your kid will keep playing for long time or just short time. I am very happy with this trumpet, because my son is very happy and he plays a lot and he is so into it.

I highly recommend this trumpet as a beginner trumpet to see if someone...a child for example, wants to play the trumpet without spending too much money. This has worked well since I purchased it 6 months ago. However...and this isn't so much a complaint as just a note if someone is sure they want a trumpet and desires a better one. The finish in some places has started to deteriorate slightly at seams. It doesn't affect the sound, but may affect the looks after a longer period of time.

After you start getting better you'll realize that you should have bought a better trumpet. I think (feel?) that it's great for the beginner.

We bought this about 5 months ago and it started off great but within the last week it fell apart on like 3 places making it unreparable and unplayable.. and there was no scratches dents or anything to have caused this Now we have to find a new one for my son for school
