I’m 5’3”, 125lbs, and have tried so many pairs of joggers and they never fit quite right. The medium in these pants are lightweight, smooth, with two mesh-lined front pockets, and a drawstring that actually cinches the waist. The inseam is a great length for my 26.5ish” inseam, giving me a little room to stretch, but not so much that they are baggy at the ankles! I also have a temporary ileostomy, and have had a hard time finding pants that fit under my stoma without feeling really uncomfortable. These pants come up over my butt in the back, but i can easily wear them about 2+ inches under my navel in front, which means they don’t put pressure on my stoma!
