I actually waited before I rated this pillow. I have ordered multiple pillows because I am somewhat picky when it comes to my pillow. I gave this pillow 5 stars because it is very comfortable and keeps it shape no matter which way I sleep. The quality is excellent and the comfort level exceeds my expectations. It is a fluffy pillow and the support is good. I ordered the king size. The filling in the pillow does not flatten so it stays fluffy. The only issue is that it does have a bit of a sound like plastic when you lay your head down on it. I'm assuming that it has some form of material under the cotton cover to protect the feathers. I didnt care for it at first and almost returned it "only" because of the sound but after several nights of use, I don't even hear it. I would recommend this pillow.

Great pillow. I get a good night's rest with this pillow. I sleep on sides and chest. Down is adjustable to change depending on if you change from side to chest down middle of the night. I also bought another pillow for $220 and it is not as good as this one.

This is not a normal Queen Size Pillow!!! The dimensions it gives are accurate however, so buyer beware. Otherwise, delivery was flawless and pillow delivers a comfortable sleep, far better than foam filled offerings.

My husband is a stomach sleeper and I'm a back sleeper, we both love these pillows! I put them in the dryer, with a lavender scented dryer ball for 5 min, to fluff them. I put them in cotton pillow protectors and in our linnen pillow cases. We have been using them over a month now and they have not shed any feathers. We do flip them every day for maximum comfort. Not to puffy or to flat for us. We would buy again.

These pillows are Awesome. Soft cradles your head well, easy on your neck and don't go flat. A great value for the price. Most pillows of this quality are twice the price.

I absolutely love this pillow. I am 81 and have had many pillows that I throw out after a couple of months. Too hard, too soft, the stuffing shifts or flattens, won't recover, etc. I received this yesterday, took some of the filling out and had the most wonderful nights sleep on it that I have ever had. I shook and slapped it a little in the morning and it recovered it's shape perfectly. It is a bit heavy, it won't kill me lifting it. Whether you sleep on your back or side, it remains comfortable. It recovers from indentations very quickly. Update: This pillow started out great. After 4 1/2 months, it no longer recovers from indentations. In the morning, I have 3 or 4 head dents in the pillow and they stay until I poound or shake or shift the filling. It has become uncomfortable to sleep on. I would highly recommend this pillow. In fact, I plan to get another soon.

UPDATE 2022: Ok, so I have had these pillows over 2 years now, and I like them just as much now as I did when I first got them. You get more than enough filler to make the pillow as firm or as soft as you like. They are very easy to clean (I empty the filler into a garbage bag and wash both the outer and inner covers every 6 months; the rest of the time, I just remove the outer cover and wash that). I hate firm pillows, but I also hate super soft pillows. . . .these are pretty much perfect. I do fluff them daily (it takes a minute!) when I make my bed, as the filling will sometimes shift a little to one end of the pillow, but other than that, they don't require a ton of adjusting. All in all, for a super picky pillow person, I feel like I scored with these because I can adjust them to my liking, I'm not stuck with a manufacturer's version of a medium firm pillow (which greatly varies, as we have probably all found out) and they are super easy to keep clean and fresh. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Read many reviews before taking a chance on these pillows. I bought two king size (and they are very true to size). I opened the first one and unrolled it. . .looked pretty flat and was hard to the touch. Put it on a table and opened the second one. . .when I turned around to lay it next to the first one, I noticed that the first one was perfectly puffed already! Did not have that result with the second one, so I put it in the dryer on low for a few minutes, then a few minutes more, and more again. It took about 40 minutes in the dryer to puff up and even then, there were hard clumps inside. So. . . I opened the inside casing, removed the hard clumps, fluffed it. . .and it's perfect now. 1) Just read the instructions and add/remove stuffing according to your liking; fluff in the dryer 2) there is no smell. . .none 3) the pillows come with a lot of stuffing already in them, and additional stuffing if you feel you need more. I actually removed a good amount to make mine less firm, and they are very comfortable now. That actually is my favorite feature - you can add/remove and make them just the way you like them. I bagged the additional stuffing to use later if they start to lose their fluffiness (and I have TONS of stuffing left over!) Glad I purchase these!
