Updated review: I definitely give them high marks for customer service. They contacted me within hours of my initial review posting onto Amazon. They made it clear they wanted me to be happy with the purchase. They said the weight rating discrepancy was due to an incorrect manual being placed in the box. I'll leave it to other reviews to determine if it really was a one-off accident or not. They also said they are in the process of upgrading the net supports and will be sending me the upgraded supports when they are available. I will give an additional update when I receive the new net supports. First off, one of the reasons that I bought this particular brand was the higher weight limit as compared to other brands of large trampolines. The promoted limit of 1500 pounds is noticably higher than other brands who promote a 1000 pound limit. I thought I was buying a trampoline that was studier than other brands only to find the weight limit listed as 1000 pounds in the owners manual. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to promote specs that aren't accurate. Second, if you zoom in on the upper attachment for the enclosure net you will notice that there is nothing to actually secure it to the top. There is a canvas strap that simply slips over a plastic knob. Even when adjusted to their tightest (which makes the enclosure net look like it is about to rip) the straps keep slipping off the knob and it slides down the pole. Then someone needs to slide everything back up to the top. To make it even more fun, the plastic knobs aren't attached to the poles in any way: they simply sit on top of the pole. So half the time you re-attach the enclosure net you knock off the knob to hold the net in place. If you choose to ignore the straps that slip off the pole you eventually get an enclosure net that sits only about a foot above the trampoline. The trampoline itself works and my kids are having a blast on it. There are multiple people in my neighborhood who have trampolines. If I had to do it over again I would buy a Skywalker. My neighbors that have one don't have any of the above issues. ... show more

This is our first experience putting together a trampoline. It was a comedy of errors, but we did it! Our kids are very happy and use it all the time. I would have to say the customer service is the best. We had a couple of issues, and they were quick to resolve them. They were great.

Received our first one as a gift for my son from my inlaws. It was time consuming to set up properly and the parts did not fit together very well. However once it was constructed it worked great and the kids had a blast. UNFORTUNATELY the directions did not mention the yard anchors were necessary for wind. It was up for 5 days before a wind storm trashed it and blew it on top of our neighbors roof. We weren't able to purchase replacement parts so we ended up repurchasing the entire thing. Also bought some yard anchors and chain from Lowe's. The second one has worked well. However I did install some extra bolts and screws on the frame to make it sturdier. Not bad for a low cost trampoline, but don't forget yard anchors and you should have a handyman construct and reinforce it. Especially if you live in a windy area. ... show more

Its a great sturdy build. Only things that annoyed me were the fact that the net doesnt have any sort of sewn finished edge at the top. One tear and it will start to fray. A birds claw or something simple. No matter how hard I tried to lace the net, I couldnt get it to where the zipper entrance would fully zip closed. Also the light set that comes with it isnt really useful outside. It needs to be plugged in via usb. I will have to look for another set that is solar. My husband and I are able to jump on it together. Or one of us together with our 3 smaller kids,12 and under. So we do love it. ... show more

My kid always wanted a trampoline to jump on. My spouse bought one from a store which we had to return due to poor quality. We found this and liked it as it had a basketball hoop as well. There was no instruction manual with it. It took most of the day to put together but it's great. My kid is enjoying his time jumping on the trampoline with his friends. Now the kids are spending most of the evenings in our backyard. It would have been wonderful if it came with sprinklers as well. ... show more
