The trampoline is great! It's exactly what I was hoping for. My kids love it and the weight limit is well beyond what is needed. The tools that came with it aren't the best but the material is premium. So you may need your own tools to put every thing together securely but overall I couldn't have bought a better trampoline that is safe and fun. I recently purchased this trampoline for my grandson and it got damaged in a storm a few weeks ago. I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase replacement part. Unfortunately, it was easier to get a whole new trampoline. That said, the quality of service we got was great. They were super helpful and were willing to work with me to get another trampoline. I would highly recommend purchasing through them again. As for the quality and size of the trampoline, it was perfect. Great trampoline for adults and kids!! Holds all of us so we can play together! Very durable and sturdy! The springs stretched some but that’s to be expected. Great customer service. This trampoline is great overall. Relatively easy to set up. The anchors are vital and easy to use. (We lost an unsecured trampoline in a past storm) My biggest worry is the basketball hoop. It connects directly to one of the net supports. Any pulling on the hoop or dunking of the basket ball could potentially bend the net support. Just be aware of this. The most difficult parts to put together were the ladder and the basketball goal. They had to drill new holes for the screws on the ladder because they weren’t even and there were similar problems with the basketball goal, otherwise it was quick and easy it looks really nice and all of the parts were in the box.. ... show more

We had issues with the assembly because the holes for the base of the trampoline did not align, as well as the holes for the ladder and the basketball goal. We didn't want to disassemble and return it so we ended up drilling holes ourselves which wasn't the easiest and tacked on about 2 additional hours of assembly time. I reached out to the company because we didn't receive the lights and they were very quick to respond however they should have let us know that there would be a delay with the lights. That would have been more professional than us having to reach out. The trampoline does seem sturdy though and my daughter loves it. ... show more
