  • My 1st LG TV
Size: 50 inch Style: TV Only
This was my 1st LG TV, Replacing my other primary tv, that had recently died. I found the picture quality to be very good, And I'm very satisfied. At 1st I found it's unique remote a little bit more difficult to use, but that began to grow on me. It's almost like having a virtual computer mouse in your hand, which took a bit of getting familiar with, but wasn't that hard. I found The configuration settings, a little burdensome to get thru , but again it wasn't that difficult. Overall, for it's good price point, I find myself very satisfied with it's picture quality and features, including the smart TV features built in. ... show more

  • Amazing Quality for the price
Size: 65 inch Style: TV Only
Great TV with all the features we were looking for. Amazing picture and very easy to install. We have it mounted and it was easy to manage. Very happy with all my LG products.

  • LG is better
Size: 50 inch Style: TV Only
After my recent divorce, I decided my master bedroom needed a new partner in crime, and the LG QNED 55 TV fit the bill perfectly. It’s been a fantastic companion—offering a picture so crisp it makes my ex's taste in TV shows look fuzzy. The setup with my Apple TV was smoother than my transition to single life. If you’re looking for a TV that won’t complain about your late-night binge-watching or judge your questionable movie choices, this is the one! ... show more

  • Very poor display quality. Very poor customer service from LG.
Size: 50 inch Style: TV Only
Quality of display was very poor. Florescent. I tried every setting multiple times. These pictures are just a couple of examples. Was told I had a poor cable box from Xfinity. We upgraded the cable box. Problems persisted. LG service representatives would not believe the problem was with the display. LG asked me to send several images which I did. The scenery picture was a default LG test picture. I explained that the best way to see the problem was to see faces. LG said that I needed to prove the display problem using LG Channels. So I sent the news picture via LG channels. Then LG said the problem was with the news broadcast channel and I needed to send another picture using a streaming movie on LG channels. LG service then disconnected my service call twice when service representatives would not admit that the problem was with the display or could not offer a solution. ... show more

Very high quality picture, everything it’s supposed to do it does.

  • Picture is great
Size: 75 inch Style: TV Only
The only thing I don’t like about this tv is the remote control. You have to press this little wheel that is tiny and very sensitive. It is the enter button so you need to press it all the time. Otherwise, it’s a great tv.

  • The winner in Smart tv
Size: 50 inch Style: TV Only
This is my 5 th LG tv in 10 years from Amazon. the features , technology as expected improve Each year , without loosing the exceptional picture and sound. set up was easy, My apps were an easy scan , auto set up on my ipad / or phone. No need for manual entry of passwords etc. the LG site is very helpful if you issues or questions. The remote has voice control which is fabulous and a mouse to navigate the screen. My only complaint is the Settings section, changing settings has 3 or 4 click through pages, my other LG tvs have a much easier settings page. I am sure after getting used to it , it will be fine. I don’t need to change settings continually anyway. Shipping was fast, earlier than expected with UPS. ... show more

  • Network hardware is a huge disappointment
Size: 65 inch Style: TV Only
The image and sound quality came as expected but the network and processing hardware are very below expectations. I’ve had this TV for a bit over a month now and it fails to process movies and load apps in reasonable time. The latency is terrible. Sometimes it takes 1 minute to load YouTube. Movies fail to load promptly or just pixelate in the middle as it fails to process the video. I already called LG customer service twice to try to fix it, also rebooted to factory settings but didn’t help. I have a 1 gigabit connection with Fios, do video calls at home the entire day without problems, so this is not a problem of my network. I ran a speed test on my phone and the TV at the same time and the TV was showing a speed 10x slower than than my phone. It doesn’t make sense to have a 4K enabled high quality image TV if the TV is unable to process the image. Don’t recommend the purchase! ... show more
