The only way I noticed that it’s a renewed device was the moment I saw the back of the TV emptied of instructional stickers as well as manufacturer’s stamps of identification. I have no words that can describe this LG C1 oled TV other than “Excellent” in both performance and style. Everything that’s advertised is present at hand. Positioned with its back to the windows and room lightning out of screen reflection gives an image that I cannot compare with any other. The price paid is fully rewarded weather it rendered a DVD, a 4K stream, a cable box - Cablevision, a satellite box - Directv or an Xbox game, including casting from a camera and phone. Everything exceptional is a result of proper setup, not a difficult task but lengthy with a little patience included. The end result is a picture like no other in the neighborhood. I bought this renewed so I wasn’t 100% sure on what I was getting but for over $300 in savings it was worth the time if it wasn’t what I wanted and needed to return it but thankfully that wasn’t necessary. The picture is the best I have seen on a display ever and makes things look so life like you almost think you are actually there. This screen gets so dark that on a black screen it would be impossible to tell if it was off or on. Just an amazing experience definitely worth every penny. ... show more

New OLED tvs were out of my price range, so I decided to take a chance on a used one, and I’m glad I did. It was practically new, no issues, I was shocked. If you’ve been watching a regular 4K LED tv, you will immediately see the difference in quality with an OLED, the picture looks much more detailed, even without adjusting picture settings. When our main television broke recently, we placed a tv from another room in its place. I never realized until then how important sound quality is. That tv has poor sound quality and it really annoyed everyone. But this TV has great sound quality - and a really good picture. It's a little smaller than our old tv (55" vs 60") but the picture is good - you can see it well from any angle, so that makes up for a lot. Love it. ... show more

Was very surprised to see this box that looked like it had been through the depths of hell to have a tv inside that was still sealed! The tv still had the peel on the front, the back (don't forget to peel the back, it's important to maintaining a safe operating temperature), and all the other components were unopened. I can't guarantee everyone else going this route will have this same luck, but this risk definitely rewarded. ... show more

Really love the picture on this TV. It's definitely an improvement over my old HD LED TV. That says, configuration for optimal quality involves more steps then I'd like. You need different sources SD, HDR, Dolby Vision, etc to set each of the different modes. You simply can't access them without those sources. ... show more
