I was using a Lenovo Yoga since 2017 that cost about $700. I decided to "upgrade" to the Gram since Consumer Reports says they're the best. They aren't. i have had this thing for about 8 weeks and absolultely hate it. So how is the LG support? Non-existent. I had to struggle just to figure out how to get the volume increased. LG was worthless. They should have informed me that their is a Dolby Equalizer and you just turned that up. But they did not know about it. None of the four reps I spoke with mentioned it. FOund it on some chat board. Today I'm trying to type an email. The input just popped off the screen, and I lost my work. I figure that's going to happen a lot. Keyboard stinks, difficult to type, touchpad is poor quality, and the super special screen? just normal. Compared it to the old Lenovo and I cannot see a difference. The only reason I got a new one is that the Lenovo finally had a problem after 6 years. Other than that it was a lovely machine..........I should have gotten another one. Next one will be Lenovo for sure. ... show more

I was impressed with the reviews of this unit, and loved the idea of a computer that doubled as a tablet, but after a year, the reality has been very disappointing. First, it can't be used during web conferencing as a tablet without a supplemental display and external camera. Second, the LG software loaded into the laptop is largely useless and hogs about 50% of the memory until much of it is painstakingly removed. Lastly, and this is not the fault of LG, the Windows experience has gone waaaaay downhill during the years I was using an Macbook. I think anything Apple is a money grab, but I'm not so sure I should have switched. ... show more

It's super light for a 16 inch. Only 3.4lbs. so don't expect it to be sturdy. I have been using Gram 15. which is lighter. Thought it seems fragile but I had no issues for everyday use. Just don't abuse it. The body and screen are both kind of flexible. Gram 16 2 in 1 is heavier than the regular version of Gram 15 or 16. Screen resolution is higher than Gram 15. The ratio is 16:10 and positioned higher than 15. It takes some time to get used to. The only complaint is that there is seems to be one spot (a quarter inch) slightly brighter in the screen. Not sure it's a defect or built like this. Overall, a great light 2 in 1. But if you are looking for rugged device for non office use, I would look somewhere else. ... show more

I use clip studio paint for my digital art and after a short while it starts to lose frames and cpu goes through the roof and which means trying to draw is very laggy and inaccurate, random freezes. the refresh rate is actually 59.99 not even 60, the pen is only operational from the specific brand and it requires batteries. gaming is a no go 100% it cannot run league of legends, which with the graphics card should be able to t least. consistent 15 - 30 frames. ... show more
