We thought when we ordered this that we were getting a new one. The pkg was taped up as if it had been returned before. The item did not work. It looks as if it was defective and sent back out as if new. It's also possible that UPS also did some damage when it delivered to the wrong address and left precariously propped against a fence. I mostly love my new tv. But for such an expensive tv and sound bar the remote is cheezy and i have to stand right in front of the tv to control the sound. Also would be much better to control both the tv and sound bar with one remote.
