Box came mostly unmolested and TV looks new no problems with any damage or scratches Wonderful picture especially with 4K Blu ray discs Sound is OK but I use an amp, decent speakers and a sub so it is excellent as well I like the way the LG remotes functions they are mostly intuitive Set up is not overly difficult I used some help from the web for some settings the rest on my own Bought the re-manufactured unit as it was quite a bit less expensive than new That is until the next week when they went on sale and nearly matched the price I paid for the reman unit All and all still a good purchase ... show more

The seller was extremely helpful. First delivery, the TV was damaged during transit. The box was punctured, and the screen was cracked across the bottom. I contacted the seller, and they were very quick to get a replacement shipped out. The delivery time was unfortunately long, but it's also a very large TV, so there has to be some expectation that it would take a bit. (Also came from halfway across the country). The TV itself is BEAUTIFUL! Perfect darks, sound from the TV directly is pretty solid (although I did add external speakers because that's even better) and the color is phenomenal. ... show more

The most frustrating tv I have ever owned!! Has excellent picture when it works, but is like a glitchy computer that only works part of the time. Very often, the apps disappear from the Home Screen. Then, very often, you select an app, and you get a blank screen. I’ll never buy an LG tv again.
