The seller was extremely helpful. First delivery, the TV was damaged during transit. The box was punctured, and the screen was cracked across the bottom. I contacted the seller, and they were very quick to get a replacement shipped out. The delivery time was unfortunately long, but it's also a very large TV, so there has to be some expectation that it would take a bit. (Also came from halfway across the country). I had a 40” Sony Bravia that I had to part from because the speakers were reverberating. I bought this LG OLED and to my surprise it has the same or better picture and color than the Sony. The 55” screen is perfect for my living room. I’m super impressed and pleased with this purchase.

Box came mostly unmolested and TV looks new no problems with any damage or scratches Wonderful picture especially with 4K Blu ray discs Sound is OK but I use an amp, decent speakers and a sub so it is excellent as well I like the way the LG remotes functions they are mostly intuitive Set up is not overly difficult I used some help from the web for some settings the rest on my own Bought the re-manufactured unit as it was quite a bit less expensive than new That is until the next week when they went on sale and nearly matched the price I paid for the reman unit All and all still a good purchase ... show more

thats what i get for buying an renewed TV, it works okay mostly, I love the Oled, the LG Oled are king of the hill, the mouse pointer does not work, I did buy the insurance, but overall it works, brighter picture than my C1 and my CX, I love OLED
