This is a good buy price wise and the sound quality I'm throughly impressed by and satisfied with. I've connected the system to my 70" LG tv via the optical cable they provided with seamless integration and ease of connecting. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because some time when watching TV shows the back speak might drop. This that said, I think this is a great sound system at a good price

When my local stores either delivered systems with wired rear channels, or systems with exorbitant price tags, this system delivers wireless rear channels and good performance at a reasonable price. We have for surround sound systems in our house (soon adding a fifth) and want this mix of cost, performance, ease of installation, good looks... Setting the rear speaker volume has been a bit problematic, but it's O.K. ... show more

I bought this used/refurbished so I got it for 1/2 price. I have a 10 year old LG TV, i tried 2 different low priced sound bars with sub woofer that worked for streaming input but didn't work for anteanna input. Tried to troubleshoot but only helpful advice was to but an LG sound bar. I took a chance on this one and with bar, sub, and the rear speakers with 4.1 channel and 420 watts is the ticket. Much better than Vizio. Still, you have to hold the volume controller just right it seems to respond. May just be the angle from my seating position. Still recommend.
