The girls were excited to get this color combination. The clay beads all seem to be consistently sized. My only issue, that doesn't bother my little girls, is the color of the gold beads if of just a bit.

The beading line this set came with seems pretty nice. It's got a tough stretch to it, so it's not the elastic kind that flops everywhere, and it's of a sturdy thickness. The beads themselves are lovely in appearance. The flat beads are light and matte, giving them the appearance of shell beads. They are not clay, though. When I try to bend them, they do bend, not breaking or shattering. This is good if you want something that's not apt to break, and I don't mind it because I'm not a "it's gotta be real or I'm not into it" person. But maybe just be aware that they're not made of clay. ... show more
