The first time I used this product, I felt immediate relief. I knew I needed to order an extra one. The posture corrector fit perfectly in the area that was most stressed along the middle of my upper spine and lower neck. It created discomfort and a tired feeling for lack of muscle support. My husband began wearing the posture corrector for about 20 minutes a day. In the weeks that followed he was able to wear it for longer periods of time morning and night. What a difference it has made. His back is straighter and he is now more aware of his posture when he does not wear the brace. His biggest complaint is the band at the front of his shoulders is thick and he is not a big guy so after a while his arm pits hurt. Other than that, the brace is comfortable to wear. We definitely recommend it for people wanting better overall posture!

I bought this for my son because he has horrible posture. It doesn’t seem to encourage/help with better posture. I told my chiropractor that I got one of these and he said they don’t work.

Review: Professional Posture Corrector for Women and Men, Spine and Back Support Fully Adjustable etc Good support, but the straps are wayyyy too narrow and have no padding support. I found them to be so uncomfortable, that I could not keep this on for more than a few minutes. If you want to rig some padding under the straps, that might solve the problem. But, hey, you just paid to have a product you can wear comfortably, right? I would have to suggest passing on this one unless you are up for modifying it.

I use this to help relieve pain in my left rib cage due (I believe) to a failed cervical fusion, putting pressure on my spine. It really helps to keep the area straight, so I am not hunching over, trying to get away from the pain.
