  • Excellent quality! Highly recommended!
Style: Bike Torque wrench kit
If you work on your own bike at all, you honestly need a torque wrench. I have a tendency to over tighten, even to the point of stripping threads and breaking parts. The Lexivon bike torque wrench (LX-191) is the best torque wrench I have ever used and I’ll never tighten another bolt without it. Made for bikes; small and light, but tough, high quality material, and well made. Perfect newton-meter (Nm) range 2~26, with 0.2 Nm micro-adjustments. Full set of HEX and TORX bits, an extension and adapter. Pre-calibrated, works in both directions, and comes with a calibration certificate. When it clicks, you know you’re at the right torque; no guessing, no risk of damage from over-tightening. The quick-release head makes bit changes fast, the handle rotates easily, and the bright yellow torque markings are easy to read in low light. This torque wrench kit is an excellent value. I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • One Year Later: Why This 15-Piece Bike Torque Wrench is Still My Go-To (Even for My Motorcycle!)
Style: Bike Torque wrench kit
Over a year ago, I took the plunge on a 15-piece bike torque wrench, skeptical but hopeful it would improve my bicycle maintenance game. After countless adjustments, tune-ups, and even some surprising motorcycle work, I'm here to sing its praises. This isn't just a bike tool; it's a mechanical maestro. First things first: the specs are impressive. We're talking 2-26 Nm with micro-adjustments, a 72-tooth ratchet head that practically purrs, and bit sockets covering everything from tiny HEXes to beefy TORXs. It even throws in a handy extension bar and adapter for good measure. This thing truly is equipped for anything. But it's not just about features; it's about precision and peace of mind. Knowing every bolt and nut is tightened to the exact manufacturer's spec is a game-changer. No more guesswork, no more over-tightening nightmares. My bike purrs smoother, my confidence soars, and my mechanic friends are green with envy. Speaking of envy, this wrench can handle more than just two wheels. Thanks to its impressive range and included adapter, it's become my go-to tool for basic motorcycle maintenance too. From brake levers to oil filters, it tackles every job with precision and ease. My trusty BMW has never received such gentle, accurate care. But wait, there's more! The security pin is a genius touch, keeping clumsy fingers from accidentally messing with your settings. The carry case is a snug haven, protecting your precious bits and ensuring everything stays organized. And the handle? A revelation! Its ergonomic design and unique slide-to-lock mechanism make adjustments smooth and effortless, saving my hands from fatigue (up to 62%, they claim!). Sure, it's not the cheapest wrench on the block. But for the durability, versatility, and sheer confidence it delivers, it's an investment that keeps on paying off. If you're serious about maintaining your ride (whether it has two wheels or two dozen!) and want to do it right, look no further. This 15-piece torque wrench is a masterclass in precision and performance. Highly recommended. Five stars, no question. P.S. The easy-to-read scale, even in low light, is a bonus I didn't even expect. Kudos for the thoughtful details! ... show more

  • Used to properly torque my Lithium ion cells in my battery box to 5 nm.
Style: Bike Torque wrench kit
As someone who frequently works on bikes and other mechanical projects, I recently purchased the LEXIVON Bike Torque Wrench 1/4-Inch Dr. 15-Piece Kit and I am very impressed with its performance. The torque wrench is very easy to use and provides accurate torque readings for precise fastening. The 1/4-inch drive is perfect for working on smaller projects, like bicycles and electronics. The 15-piece kit comes with all of the necessary components, including sockets and an extension bar, which make it very versatile. One of the things I appreciate about this torque wrench is that it is very durable and made with high-quality materials. The wrench feels solid in the hand and the components hold up well after multiple uses. The kit is also very compact and comes with a convenient carrying case, making it easy to take with me on the go. I used this torque wrench to properly torque my lithium-ion cells in my battery box, and it was very effective. The wrench provided accurate torque readings and ensured that the cells were securely fastened without damaging the cells. Overall, I am very satisfied with the LEXIVON Bike Torque Wrench 1/4-Inch Dr. 15-Piece Kit. It is a high-quality and reliable torque wrench that has greatly improved my work on mechanical projects. • Great little torque wrench
Style: Bike Torque wrench kit
Love this little thing. I ended up using it for a bunch of fasteners on my jeep and it works great. Good price, good quality, looks very nice. I have used parktool torque wrenches and this is just as good.

  • Good quality, BUT it arrived stored at 6nm instead of 2nm.
Style: Bike Torque wrench kit
Fit and finish is very nice. I appreciate that the locking collar doesn't need to be held as you turn the handle to adjust the torque. The ones I have at work are spring loaded, so you have to hold the collar down as you turn. I have a calibrated torque tester at work, and I'm going to throw this on there and check the accuracy of it. One thing that really caught me off guard was that it arrived with the wrench set at 6nm. Since this wrench goes down to 2nm, it should be stored at 2nm (Even says that right on the wrench.). Who knows how long this was sitting in a warehouse before I bought it. Some old timers will say that it doesn't matter at all, others will say that storing it one step above minimum will throw it off. I fall somewhere in the middle, but I don't think it matters too much. I'll try to remember to update this review after I test it and we'll find out! ... show more
