Package was received at specified time. All items in description were accounted for. Trumpet was received with stuck valve keys and valve keys are dirty to the point of needing service before trumpet can properly be played. Valve key pads keep coming off during play. It was the cheapest option at the time and we planned on getting a service plan for the school year so its not the end of the world but my student is having a hard time in class due to the condition instrument was received in. ... show more

I ordered the trumpet for my grandson a 6th grade student in school band. He has been playing and learning the instrument for a few weeks but he informed me yesterday a part inside was already broken. I think the quality is not up to Amazon standards.
