It was a little slow in arriving, it took several days just for it to ship. Once I received it all was well. The packaging and instructions are all very effective and easy to understand. The first couple uses took a bit longer than normal and it made a couple very loud POP sounds, but it seems to have been trouble free since then. Just fill it up to the mark, add a few drops, and turn it on. You can set a time or just let it run and it will shut off when it runs out. It also has a small accent light that isn't overly bright, a concern I had with other products. Its quiet and won't keep you u at night. It works well for small-medium sized rooms. ... show more

I absolutely love this brand! I have a humidifier and wanted to try some aromatherapy. I was glad when I discovered that they sold an air diffuser. I’ve had it for a month and it works fabulously. My only recommendation is to read the starter booklet thoroughly and carefully, and to always clean out your diffuser every 2-3 days. ... show more

Quiet, but only works four hours, low capacity. Very easy to clean (which is needed after every few uses). Being able to change or turn off LED lights is helpful.
