I love this headset!! It’s extremely comfortable. I wear it a minimum of 12 hours a day. And it never hurt my ears or my head. You can see in my photos that the cushion for the ear is open a bit so your ear fits so nice and snug in that bed and the surrounding padding is so soft. Accross the headband is also cushioned. The microphone flips to either side. So you can have it on your left or right side. The arm of the microphone is bendable as well so you can easily adjust to the perfect distance from your mouth. The sound quality is exceptional!! Background noise is blocked very well. The range is long. I was able to leave my computer go outside and walk my dog and still be connected! I did have to purchase a usb Bluetooth dongle as my computer did not have Bluetooth capabilities which was inexpensive, just check your system ahead of time so you know if you will need one as well. I know it holds a charge a minimum of 12 hours I don’t know past that as I charged it nightly, as to not risk it dying in the middle of my workday. Set up/pairing was very simple, it does take a little bit of time though, so don’t wait until the last minute to pair it or panic, however, you only have to do it once per device . Yes, they can pair with more than one device at a time; which is nice to go between my desktop and my laptop. The power and volume buttons are easily accessible. The mute isn’t a button you just tap the little circle. The only thing I had an issue with was muting, I work from a remote call center if I had it muted when a call came in I could not unmute it and I could not mute it in the middle of a call. Once the call is connected the mute option did not work for me. Other than that these are perfect I would most definitely buy them again. Great Purchace! ... show more

I needed a comfortable headset that was dependable and multi-functioning. Previously, I used standard blue-tooth buds for my phone and tablet and an USB headset for for laptop. I didn't care for the comfort level of the traditional buds, so I decided to try this product mainly for my devices. I am happy I made this purchase. First, it was easy to connect to each device. Secondly, the comfort and sound level was exceptional. I use my phones to test acoustical models, so I need a decent microphone. This worked perfectly! For pleasure, I listen to music and use my tablet to also connect my Roku app to listen to television audio. The charging life, sound quality, and comfort level are perfect for recreational use. Finally, I tried using the blue-tooth technology to connect to my laptop. I've experienced issues connecting blue-tooth devices in the past, but LEVN Bluetooth Headset offered no resistance! It worked well using softphones, web interfaces that required audio and microphone usage, and Teams and Zoom meetings. I spend a good part of my day moving between meetings, emails, and short breaks. I began using this headset mainly for work calls, but it slowly became something I use for music during quieter moments too. During meetings, voices come through clearly and sound natural. These are so whisper quiet. My hubby and son drive truck. So I bought them both new headsets. When on the phone there have been plenty of times I have asked if they are still there because I hear nothing. Zero background issues. They like them and toss them around on the dash and stuff. They have held up well. Hubby said he can wear his all day. So comfortable for him. They hold a charge. They're not super bulk but big enough they're sturdy. ... show more

Extremely cheap poor quality not durable and the audio is really bad. Microphone quality is terrible and theres no noise cancelling. Its a cheap 10 dollar head set with an over inflated price tag. The plastic material is extremely low quality
