I love this headset!! It’s extremely comfortable. I wear it a minimum of 12 hours a day. And it never hurt my ears or my head. You can see in my photos that the cushion for the ear is open a bit so your ear fits so nice and snug in that bed and the surrounding padding is so soft. Accross the headband is also cushioned. The microphone flips to either side. So you can have it on your left or right side. The arm of the microphone is bendable as well so you can easily adjust to the perfect distance from your mouth. The sound quality is exceptional!! Background noise is blocked very well. The range is long. I was able to leave my computer go outside and walk my dog and still be connected! I did have to purchase a usb Bluetooth dongle as my computer did not have Bluetooth capabilities which was inexpensive, just check your system ahead of time so you know if you will need one as well. I know it holds a charge a minimum of 12 hours I don’t know past that as I charged it nightly, as to not risk it dying in the middle of my workday. Set up/pairing was very simple, it does take a little bit of time though, so don’t wait until the last minute to pair it or panic, however, you only have to do it once per device . Yes, they can pair with more than one device at a time; which is nice to go between my desktop and my laptop. The power and volume buttons are easily accessible. The mute isn’t a button you just tap the little circle. The only thing I had an issue with was muting, I work from a remote call center if I had it muted when a call came in I could not unmute it and I could not mute it in the middle of a call. Once the call is connected the mute option did not work for me. Other than that these are perfect I would most definitely buy them again. Great Purchace!

I needed a comfortable headset that was dependable and multi-functioning. Previously, I used standard blue-tooth buds for my phone and tablet and an USB headset for for laptop. I didn't care for the comfort level of the traditional buds, so I decided to try this product mainly for my devices. I am happy I made this purchase. First, it was easy to connect to each device. Secondly, the comfort and sound level was exceptional. I use my phones to test acoustical models, so I need a decent microphone. This worked perfectly! For pleasure, I listen to music and use my tablet to also connect my Roku app to listen to television audio. The charging life, sound quality, and comfort level are perfect for recreational use. Finally, I tried using the blue-tooth technology to connect to my laptop. I've experienced issues connecting blue-tooth devices in the past, but LEVN Bluetooth Headset offered no resistance! It worked well using softphones, web interfaces that required audio and microphone usage, and Teams and Zoom meetings. This wasn't originally purchased for this purpose, so it is a bonus that I can use it in so many ways easily. Very happy with this purchase!

I spend a good part of my day moving between meetings, emails, and short breaks. I began using this headset mainly for work calls, but it slowly became something I use for music during quieter moments too. During meetings, voices come through clearly and sound natural. I sometimes work with teammates in different time zones, so audio clarity matters. Conversations feel steady and I do not hear much interruption in the sound. One thing that fits well with my routine is how it connects with more than one device. I often keep my laptop open for work while my phone sits nearby. When a call comes in on the phone, I can answer without removing the headset or digging through settings. The battery life has also been convenient. I tend to forget to charge accessories often, but this headset lasts through many days of calls and music before needing a recharge. That makes it easier to just leave it on my desk and use it whenever I need it. The overall feel is comfortable and light. I sometimes walk around the house during calls, especially when thinking through a problem. The headset stays in place and the microphone arm adjusts easily depending on how I wear it.

I need to be hands-free when I'm working in my home office and on the phone. I also need noise cancellation as there is a train track 70 yards from my condo, and much better audio quality. So, I tried this headset, and from the first call I was impressed immediately. *** I am hearing impaired, and I have tried a lot of phone apparatus including headsets and what not. So, audio quality is a MUST for me. I'm pleased to say this Levn Bluetooth Headset does not disappoint! However, do note that it works better on personal hand-held device phone calls--far better than anything I've tried. For some 800 numbers (banks or almost any Customer Service line), I have trouble with the sender's Bluetooth sensitivity picking up ambient noise, and filling the audio with minor extraneous noise. I don't blame the Levn Bluetooth headset, as I know it works superb with hand-held device phone calls, and I double check my home office to silence ALL ambient noise. For 800 numbers, if the person on the other end is unaware of Bluetooth sensitivity or working in a noisy environment, you may experience line noise. On the other hand, this headset is bliss on personal hand-held device calls or even calls to a doctor office, etc. Because I work at home, I often wear the headset around my neck when I'm waiting for a call. I've had it over a week, and I still have not recharged the headset; the battery charge lasts a long, long time (unless you really love to gab a lot). Also, the ear muffs are soft and comfortable. It's made in China, so I didn't expect the higher level of manufacturing. And you'll be relieved to know the detailed instructions are written in excellent English with intelligible sketches. I've returned a number of items to Amazon for being too cheap but this headset is a keeper! Pleased to have it.

They're ok. I hate the fit on my ears, its uncomfortable after awhile. I have to constantly adjust them. They do last a long time and people can hear me well. Only one button for on and off from what I can gather. I like to adjust ANC, bass, etc. I don't mind them and will use them for my work and business purposes, but I wouldn't buy again.

I purchased this to replace a broken headset and save some money, and honestly this is just as good as the more expensive headset I owned. It feels sturdy but also lightweight which is nice when you have to wear it for an eight hour shift, the ear cushions are soft and comfortable too. The microphone is good quality, I’ve asked clients and they’ve always had good things to say about the clarity. The little sponge cover for the mic is cool too, I don’t know how much difference it makes but I like the way it looks, it’s removable if you don’t. Sound quality on the headset is great, I only use it for calls which are clear. The Bluetooth range seems decent too, I’ve had no issues up to 15ft but haven’t tested further as it’s not necessary for my job. All in all I’m very happy with the purchase, it’s lightweight, great sounding, and good for the price.
