Like most other folks, I wanted to cut the cord and be free to talk on the headset if I need to roam to another room--I work from a home office. I've used a few headsets but being completely handsfree and wireless enables my mind to talk freely without interruption, without hesitation. Two things stand out: the Levn LE-HS-016 headset is engineered to sit comfortably on your head, over your ears for hours if need be. I gotta say, this headset strikes the best balance between being light on your head, your ears, and having deep, rich sound. From my home office with dual-paned windows, I sometimes get very loud train noises from a railroad track 70 yards away. I notice with this headset, clients are not saying anything about the train noise or the occasional traffic noise. Both the sound quality and the noise cancellation are superb! The charging base is nice for having a place to store the headset and keep your desktop uncluttered. The battery is far more long-life than any of my other electronic gizmos I have. I don't talk for 65 hours during the week; so, the headset is ready to go every morning without worrying about, "Did I charge it last night?" There's no guessing about the remaining battery life btw: when you pair the headset to your phone, the Bluetooth paring screen tells you, "80% battery." Levn wasn't a brand I was familiar with but the performance and quality have not disappointed me. I can say the same for the User Manual: surprisingly excellent English with easy to understand diagrams.

I work from home on a service desk so I must have a headset that works when I need it to do so. I started using this on Monday morning. First I tried the Bluetooth and it works great. The only issue I had is it did not seem to let me go seamless from one application (3CX) to another (Teams). But this is the first time I have ever had this issue with a Levn product so it could be a driver issue with my laptop. I switched to using the USB dongle and I had no issues with any of the applications. One thing I love is the mic is great. The level of sound cancelling is great. I have a couple of dogs and once they came in my home office barking and the person on the other line could not hear the noise at all ( and they were driving me nuts). I appreciate the USB ports and USB-C ports on the headset base. It allows me to attach more devices especially since laptops are featuring fewer and fewer ports. This headset is a great value for the money and allows for clear calls. UPDATE: Windows had both a Bluetooth update as well as a sound driver. Now everything works seamlessly.

This is a great product for an incredible price! I am absolutely blown away at how good the audio quality is! The most comfortable headset I’ve had- which is a big deal to me when working from home for several hours every day. I have small children in my home which gets VERY loud when I am talking to clients on the phone- this headset has the best noise canceling I’ve been able to find!
