these are so cute and comfortable, but I should have followed my gut and sized down. I am between a size 6, and a size 8. I got the 29 but I should’ve probably gotten the 28 but I can wear the 29. They’re just a little big. I am 5’6 and my weight fluctuates between 145 and 155. I carry most of my weight in my stomach, which is why I went with the 29 but these have plenty of room in the belly. These are great! Mid-thigh length and long enough to feel “covered”. I feel they run reasonably true to size. I”m 67 years old, 5ft 4 inches and around 130. I normally buy 6’s or 8’s. A 29 would have fit just fine but I prefer a loose fit so I went with a 30. The shorts are good quality stretchy material. I was so pleased with the fit and the length that I promptly ordered a second pair. The a-line fit is appropriate for someone my age. 5'7" 33" these denim shorts have just just a bit of stretch. They're fit perfectly in the waist without being tight around the thigh. They're aren't too long or too short. No rips or holes so they can be styled up oe down. I will definitely be ordering another pair.
