I like the product. I enjoy the addition of the stabilizer legs at the bottom as well as the wheels for easier movement. The only downside I'd say is that the ladder is a bit skinny compared to other ladders I've seen of this type.

It is aluminum so it is lighter than my previous ladders but still sturdy. It has ribbed feet so I think it is less likely to slip than my previous ladders. It has a lot of options for how to set it up. I finally have a ladder that I can use on stairs. The latches are strong so they hold well once I set it up. The rollers make it easy to move around as long as there is a surface that is smooth enough.

I only used this ladder 2 times and I have 2 weld breaks, ladder sleeve flexing, and bent rung. I am only 240lbs and this ladder is rated for 330. It should not be having these issues. And of course the return window was yesterday. The ladder worked awesome until I started to notice the deficiencies. Any fix the seller would offer would be most appreciated since this is showing manufactured defect with the welds and flex.
