I have lived out of this suitcase everyday for the last 15 months and it has held up SO WELL!!! And still going strong! After 15 months of living out of it, it's only gotten a few scuffs and scratches on the metal corners which seem to be the purpose behind having them, just amazing to me. The zippers have held up very well and have had no problems with them other than in that front pocket, because I stuff the suitcase so full, going around the corners then zipper will sometimes skip over, but I've just learned to hold it tight at the top and it zips smoothly. The handles on the outside have held up really well too, although I wonder if I'm going to break them one day because of how I take it in and out of the car all the time by them, but they too are going strong and are comfortable and in the right places. The wheels are very smooth and convenient too! When I first got it, I had set it down on the front porch (that didn't have a railing at the time) and they rolled so smooth it rolled right off the porch from the little tilt it had! It still rolls just as smoothly and have no problems with the wheels turning or anything. The extendable handle is great too, and can stop at different heights and have had no problems with it at all. The lock on the side of it works great too, very easy to work. The suitcase also comes with an extra lock for the front zipper pouch since those zippers don't have a built in lock. I keep a lot of letter making stuff, my phone charger and a couple books on that front pocket, but unfortunately, that's about all it can take because it shares the same space as the inside of the suitcase. I keep my suitcase extended all the time and has been super flexible with it so it will still close when I don't have my clothes folded nicely in my packing cubes and in my laundry bag instead. I've learned how to maximize the space too with putting my pj's and some workout stuff in the spaces the handle makes, so this suitcase can actually hold a lot! The mesh inside zipper pocket is great, I wish there was another pocket in it though, so I safety-pinned a pouch to the other side which works great and doesn't encroach on the space I need for other things! The side that the extention is on can hold a lot even if it wasn't extended, but I prefer to keep it extended, it just flexes easier and more comfortablely. So many great features, plus added items I didn’t expect. First- the quality is exceptional for the price. The handle is nice and firm with 3 click lock lengths that are easy to use. The wheels even roll on carpet with ease. Second- the outer laptop pocket is perfect! It even has a padded slot for an iPad. Since I have both, I’m really excited to have easy access that will make taking them out for TSA security lines a breeze. Third - the size is perfect! Very roomy for a carryon, especially with the extension. I believe I will be able to fit a week’s worth of clothing and toiletries if I’m conservative with what I pack. Bonus Items - it came with sticker letters that are perfectly sized to fit on the handle so I can easily identify my bag. It also had an extra lock inside the bag for the laptop compartment so the entire suitcase can be locked for added protection. Highly recommend this bag! ... show more

I love the idea behind this suitcase, and I love that I have an option for my laptop besides my backpack. The product is well-made and looks great. The color will stand out on the luggage carousel if I have to check it. I was a little worried that the spot for the laptop would seriously decrease the amount of clothing I'm able to put into the bag, but it doesn't appear to. My only complaint is the amount of space taken up by the telescoping handle, but that is pretty much unavoidable with this kind of bag. All in all, I am impressed by this bag. ... show more

These hold way more than I ever expected! This light weight luggage seems to give the impression that they'll not withstand the airlines handling crew but my two pieces (the small and med size) came back from the handlers just in great shape, yet as expected with some scuff marks that cleaned up easily with a white sponge! The zippers seem strong enough... I found by holding down the top just a bit helps the zipper to move much better than otherwise... Keeping in mind you're closing a suitcase not a light weight jacket and giving it a bit of help and careful pulling does well. Really like the cloth covers that comes with each piece for storage. I purchased the LEVEL8 Grace EXT Carry On Luggage, 20” Expandable Hardside Suitcase, ABS+PC Hardshell Spinner Luggage with TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels - Grey 20-Inch Carry-On, on prime day. I needed a new carry on did a ton of research on different bags. I am super happy with everything but the zipper it sticks a little going around the edges when the bag is empty. I reached out to Amazon to do an exchange and they would only refund the product and of course the price went up to re purchase another one. I have emailed Level 8 directly hopefully they have a resolution. But other then that it is a nice piece. ... show more

Gave this to my son for his birthday. He travels by train to visit friends for a few days at a time. We though this carry on size would be perfect for him. I just received this bag. Everything looks great, except the back interior has a zippered cover that is apparently sewn in backwards. The back of the zipper pull is visible but is reversed. with no way to open the zipper. I assume this is a defect (maybe the cloth was sewn in upside down...) but I don't want to exchange if it is actually supposed to be this way. Does anyone have an answer? ... show more
