Really like the lights. Easy to set up. Nice and bright at night. Had issue with several lights not working. Contacted the seller and got replacement. That was awesome customer service! Only thing I’m disappointed with this product is that you can’t replace batteries. The batteries are already spot weld with the wires. There's no way to put replacement batteries. ... show more

    • Good product for soft lighting

This product is perfect for my need to provide lighting in our small, dark backyard for our dogs. I installed them in the front edge of beds bordering our house foundation, using only the stake, not the extension, in order to get them at ground level. The light is a soft yellow, not very bright, but perfect for my purpose, as I wanted to avoid bright, glaring lights that would bring complaints from the neighbors. I installed them about 4pm in the sun, and all 8 lights lit up by 8pm - no problem with any of them. Five of the 8 lights are now in late afternoon sun only, and the other 3 in full sun from 11am on. However, all 8 lights recharge sufficiently to light at dusk and stay on thru the evening hours, which suits my pups' needs. Haven't checked past midnight to see how much longer they stay on. I would definitely recommend this product for soft lighting needs or ambiance, not for brightly lighting outdoor seating areas or for security purposes. Bought two sets, neither worked from the first charge. We foolishly let a month go by, before installing them, so we missed the return window. We tried everything, simply do not turn on at all, even after full sun, for several hours. Total waste of money.

I really like these and about everything about them except they didn’t last. They are bright and look great. I hate that with in a year 3 of them died already. I can see it’s the bulb broke battery is probably fine. Company needs to improve the bulb and will have a great product.
