Resin Epoxy Resin, Let's Resin (23 oz) I've been working with resin for a year now, and am always looking to try new brands. I've used a lot of Let's Resin molds in the past and I know they have a good name in the resin world, but I've not had much chance to try their epoxy before now. My usual practice when trying out a new brand is to pour a sample in a test cup and see how it turns out. I must say I'm very impressed with the Let's Resin epoxy. The sample came out perfectly clear, nicely hard, and with no bubbles or imperfections either inside or out. I will definitely be buying more of this brand in the future. Easy to mix, easy to poor. I put the bottles in a little warm water first. It's a 1:1 mix to mixing is easy and straight forward. The pieces that I made came out with a nice shiny surface.

    • Not worth the price, Bubbles free my @$$, difficulty to cure with additives

I like that the resin is very clear and pretty easy to work with. However, 1)I find it more on the medium viscosity side (not low) 2) because of its "thicker" viscosity i find it to keep alot of bubbles when mixing and only way ofc for it to be "bubble free" as they claim is to use a heat gun...which i still find bubbles even after curing. -3) If noticed even when cured, it sticks to many of my molds and gives difficulty to remove, needless to say ive lost at least 2-3 molds trying to get this out as they tore!! 4) I find it to cure flexible sometimes with additives and dyes even when you follow the rule ratio of additives to resin. For a resin to be "popular" i expected better and to exceed my expectations hence i was so excited to give it a try as it is a known brand BUT I feel disappointed and While not the worse resin ive used, i still will not be re-purchasing as there are cheaper alternatives out there. ... show more
