UPDATE: this is a low viscosity resin and I believe that was my problem when coating acrylic pours. I discovered that if I let the resin rest for 20-30 minutes it thickens up enough to create a nice art coat first time! It mixes easily, very few bubbles. Very low odor. I would give this resin 5 stars if it provided UV protection! This resin worked very well for a vase on a cup turner. However, when I used it to topcoat acrylic pour tiles it backed away from the edges on at least half of the tiles creating rework and using a 2nd coat of resin. I have used a higher quality resin on the same tiles with no problem and was hoping this would work but am frustrated with the amount of rework created.

The media could not be loaded. I'm a big fan of this resin. I've made a bunch of things with it. Bubbles clear out, predictable cure times. Sets beautifully clear. The pumps make it very easy to use and to get your mix right quickly and easily. I don't use resin with fire frequency, but it stands up as an ash tray very well. So the heat resistance is good enough for me.

Works great! No bubbles, took a bit longer to cure than the other brands I’ve used, but worked out great! I was having a mini panic attack that it wouldn’t dry in time. Just know that it will and relax. I put on a thin coat over my painting and usually something like that would take about 12 hours to cure. This took over 24 hours. You can only imagine my relief when I touched it this morning.
