I am an experienced player and only purchased this trumpet to play like a bugle (Taps for Marines) I didn’t expect the valves to have great action (they didn’t) but that wasn’t the issue. Air would not pass through the instrument It was defective. Even after removing and oiling the valves the 3rd valve created some blockage that would not allow air to pass through rendering the instrument unplayable. There was no phone number no customer service I had no choice but to return it for a refund and will never buy another product from this company ... show more
