I bought this quilt set for a new bed that I purchased for one of my guest bedrooms. The quilt looks so pretty with the scalloped edges. It is a very thin quilt, which makes it a good summer quilt, or with a blanket underneath it, anytime of the year. The quilt washed up very nicely. It isn't very soft. It covers the twin bed mattress, so I would suggest a bed skirt, or maybe sizing up to full size (dependimg on height of the bed as a whole). ... show more

These quilts were just what I expected. They aren’t bulky, or too fluffy. But they aren’t too thin. Can be used without sheets… they are soft, and easily fit in my washing machine. I get very hot at night, but this blanket didn’t seem to bother me much. However, my grandkids are extremely cold natured, and they slept just fine when they stayed. I love the vibrant colors, and it seem to be a good value for the money. I’m definitely glad I ordered them. I ordered the King and the Queen. I do wish they were a few inches longer… to at least reach the bottom end of my box springs both sizes fell short. ... show more

This is a cute coverlet and pillow shams. The colors are bright and vivid. It does not look expensive, but it doesn't look super cheap either. It's good for what I needed which is an everyday guest room cover.
