Great dock for casual user
This is a great dock. Plenty of visual outputs, easy to use. Doesn’t take up much space on the desk and has a clean and simple appearance. Has non slip pads on the top for you to rest the laptop and the bottom so it doesn’t slide on your desk. Also has a rest for a tablet. I use this when I work from home so it is a seamless transition, I plug in the one cord and all my peripherals work. However, my husband has multiple monitors, and more powered devices than this dock has ports. When he tries to use them all the dock has some trouble. For me it is 5 stars across the board, for someone who is using it for more advanced purposes, they may want to try it out first, as it is a bit expensive at $100 or so.

Excellent product for the value accomplishes all that I need
This gives the Apple notebook user all the things that you need the only modification that I've done this put Velcro on the device and on the bottom of the Apple notebook so it'll travel without falling off everywhere I need to go the factory should offer the Velcro interconnect feature that way they can hook it up and leave it on the bottom of the computer like it belongs there if it needs to come off with Velcro you just pull it off

Solid reliable docking station. Connection cable short
Have been working with it for 3 months. Solid docking station. Contact support to find out if there was a cable I could use to extend it. They were fast to reply. Unfortunately there is not. My only complain is that the cable from the docking station to the computer is too short for me.

Doesn't Stay Connected
I've had this dock for six months and tried everything I can think of to get it to work properly with my new Windows 11, 11th gen Intel I-7, w/ 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD. It frequently, as in several times a day disconnects. Everything from a complete disconnect from the laptop to a monitor disconnect that will not reestablish without a complete reboot. However, the most frustrating is the disconnect of my 1GB ethernet internet connection multiple times within a single one-hour Zoom call. Totally unacceptable.

Product quit working after 3 weeks
The VGA port did not work out of the box and the HDMI port quit working after 3 weeks. Tech support asked me to try 8 different things. They sent me a new docking station that is working as advertised.

Great product!
Overall this is a great product. It’s easy to use and has plenty of ports. The only negative is that it doesn’t fit well with the hard case I have on my MacBook, so I don’t put my computer on it and have it angled, but rather push it behind the computer which then makes the connecting cord a little short, but is not a big deal at all.

Purchased this for 3 new HP laptops in the office
I bought 3 new laptops for our office and it has a USB C port and not enough USB's or ports for other stuff. I selected this item because of the ports and design. So far it has been running really well. We normally buy desktops for our employee's, but due to Covid 19, we had to convert some employee's to laptops.
