The media could not be loaded. This product has great reviews. It was shipped fast. It is an HDMI to USB-C cable. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the HDMI side of the cable was not the shape of an HDMI cable. It will not fit in an HDMI slot. It looks like some type of factory flaw (see the picture and video). The cable is clearly defective. I contacted the seller via email and will see if they send me a new cable.
